First off, i'd like to say, Thank you. Thank You for wanting to join and be apart of Oblivion.
Now, let's get to the part you are wanting to read.
There is only a few ways to get into Oblivion, but also many restrictions.
Here is the basics of Entry; -Active -Good at SF, GF. [This is a must for joining] -Good, mature, respectful.
Ways to be accepted into Oblivion; -Be Scouted, Showing good team work, fighting, and maturity skills. -Be Invited, Impress a member of Oblivion, they are ALWAYS on duty. -Be Recommended, Anyone can recommend you for Oblivion, and you will be tested by some of our fine soldiers.
Let me explain a bit about scouting.
Our Scouting program is a good resource for both Oblivion, and the group whom is training/Raiding/Defending or what ever. Knowing that they may be scouted is a very good thing, and boosts the skills of the soldier to stand the chance of joining.
The Benefit of this to the soldier is, There is no academy. Meaning that they don't have to go through months of irrelevant training, like VAC/VAK. When someone is taken on for Oblivion, they are seen as 'Able to improve' Our Scouts do not look at the skills you have as the key, but they look at the ability to improve.
Benefit to Oblivion, we get skilled, elite members to join our forces.
If you have any questions on this, feel free to reply to this thread. |
