[-PURPOSE-]

To give an overall better education to the members of the First Encounter Assault Recon. The education would include things such as advanced combat tactics, reconnaissance tactics, discipline, a general knowledge of the war clan world, extensive knowledge in FEAR related things such as the 2iC, 3iC, divisions, etc. Other courses that may be available in the future include scripting, building, and graphic art.

Of course, each soldier will be at a different level of skill in each of the topics, so each member will be aloud to learn at their own pace until they reach graduation.

Once members graduate from the academy, if HCOM allows it, the members that graduate will be able to achieve Major if they are already a Captain, or they will be able to receive two promotions if they are UNDER the rank of Lieutenant.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[-RANKS-]

[-Applicant-] First joined the division. Must fill out a small 2-3 question application to attend trainings.

[-Enrolled-] Filled out an application and got approved. May officially attend trainings.

[-Trainee I-] Similar to the ranks of the old FEAR School, this is the first of the basic training ranks. To earn this rank, you must have attended a training, earned a promotion, and were previously the rank of "Enrolled".

[-Trainee II-] Second basic training rank. Achieved through trainings.

[-Trainee III-] Third basic training rank. Achieved through trainings.

[-Trainee IV-] Fourth basic training rank. Achieved through trainings.

[-Trainee V-] Fifth basic training rank. Achieved through trainings. To go beyond this rank, you must take a small written test that includes scenario questions, and in the future will include basic scripting questions. (It will include scripting questions once the scripting tutorials become available, and the scripting questions will be very basic. They will be there just to prove you have at least tried scripting, and have a well-rounded knowledge of the possibilities in FEAR.)

[-Advanced Trainee-] If you pass the written exam, you get promoted to this rank. Once at this rank, you will need to take the physical test to proceed to graduation. You can find more about the physical exam in the 'Physical Exam' part of the guide.

[-Graduated-] If you pass the physical exam, you are promoted to this rank, where you receive your rewards, and are then able to choose your next move. You can either apply to become a Leadership Trainee, where you will learn how to become a skilled leader, and you will eventually be able to become an HR in The Venezian Academy. If you would not like to choose that path, you can either stay in the division to continue to learn more about scripting, building, and graphic arts (all members are able to do this, no matter what rank.), you are able to become inactive in the division while staying at the Graduated rank, or you can leave the division.

[-Leadership Trainee-] Leadership Trainee is the rank where members are trained on how to become a good leader. This leads to becoming a HR in The Venezian Academy (with approval from other HRs of the division.) There are a few ways you can become a Leadership Trainee:

-Graduate TVA and fill out a 2-3 question application.
-Already be a Major or Officer in FEAR and fill out a 4-5 question application.

As a Leadership Trainee you will be taught how to be a good leader, and you must go through the Apprenticeship Program. More will be explained later in the guide.

[-Student Teacher-] This is the first rank where members may shout and host trainings by themselves. This is also technically the first HR rank. (Trying to find a new name for this rank.)

[-Professor-] At this rank members are able to promote and shout.

[-Director-] Directors are just as their rank name states; directors of the division. Directors set up events, watch over the other HRs, etc.

[-Headmaster-] The headmaster is the owner, and leader of the division. Pretty self explanatory.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[-HIGH RANKS-]

There are a few different ways to become an HR in the division:

-Graduate TVA and become a Leadership Trainee, then prove yourself and go through the Apprenticeship Program.

-Be a well known Officer in FEAR, and get a 75% approval rating from the other HRs of TVA.

-Be an HR in FEAR.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[-APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM-]

The Apprenticeship Program is for Leadership Trainees who feel they are ready to prove themselves. A Leadership Trainee messages a Professor+ asking if they are open to have an apprentice. (HRs are allowed only 2 apprentices at a time.)

After a week of being an apprentice to an HR (attending trainings with the HR, Co-Hosting with the HR, etc.) the High Rank will decide if he/she thinks the Leadership Trainee should become an HR. If he/she does, then the trainee will notified and promoted to Student Teacher.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[-PHYSICAL EXAM-]

Once at the rank of Advanced Trainee, you may notify a Director, or the Headmaster, and ask to be given the Physical Exam. Once a time/day is set up, you two will meet up at a specially designed place where you will be tested on the following:

Sword Fighting - You will fight the HR 3 times in sword fighting. You do not have to beat the HR to 'win'. The HR will determine if you have skills in swords or not.

Gun Fighting - Once again, you will fight the HR 3 times, but this time with guns. (Most likely weapons from Alianor.) Also once again, you do not have to defeat the HR to win, you must simply show you have skills.

Obbies - You must defeat an obstacle course.

Trivia - The HR will give you 5 basic questions to show that you understand FEAR and the clan world. Questions will include things like "Who is FEAR's 2iC?" and "What year was FEAR created?"

Grammar - This part will be tested throughout your entire exam. The HR will determine whether you use decent grammar or not. This is crucial to graduating. You will not graduate if you do not use grammar.

Each of these parts is worth five points each, and the person giving the test will be writing down, out of five, each score you receive from each portion of the test. You must get at least 20/25 to graduate. If you get less than 20/25, and the HR feels you should graduate anyway, they can appeal to the Headmaster. Nothing below 15/25 will even be considered for appeal.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

[-THE ARTS-]

The Arts trainings will be slow to come, because they must be prepared correctly. Proper instructors must be found, classes must be prepared for, and materials need to be supplied.

The first of the arts to come will be scripting. I, Fireflame09225, along with anyone else wanting to help out will be writing written tutorials to be given to the students of TVA. These will take a few weeks to finish, and the speed at which they are finished will depend on how much help I get. Eventually, all of the written tutorials will be compiled into a GUI-based place where TVA students are able to go to find all the tutorials in one organized place.

Building will most likely come next, although I'm not sure how long it'll take. Building classes will most likely take place in-game with a few instructors teaching a class. They will be showing different building techniques, and do's and don'ts of building.

Graphic Arts will probably come last because it is the most difficult to find someone who is willing to teach it, and it is the most difficult to learn. (for most) These classes will most likely take place through YouTube videos.

[-TRAININGS-]

Trainings in TVA will be much different than in the regular division. Brand new training grounds will be created just for the division. These training grounds will test the skills of the trainees. Different types of trainings will also be added. More info about trainings will be released soon.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A lot of people have been saying TVA is just a clone of FEAR School, which is not true. To prove this, here is a list of the differences:

1) New types of trainings will be offered.
2) Scripting tutorials will be offered as well as building and art tutorials later on.
3) You will only be able to achieve Major for graduating, and that's only if you were already a Captain.
4) Trainings will be harder.
5) It will be harder to become an HR in the division.
