Take a knife and cut all around the eye, than jab the knife in the middle of your iris.

Use on of those safety knifes so you don't hurt yourself

| You can put some lye in your eye. That'd do the trick, but it'd hurt worse than being on fire in an iron maiden, only all the pain will be focused solely on your eye. |

@dani
Well I used a safety knife and it was just fine.
Another option would be to apply numbing cream to your eye area, and ask a close friend to smash your eye repeatedly with a tire-iron. They can then separate the lens from the rest of the eye liquid and it will most likely already be damaged.

Just make sure whoever smashes your eye with it doesn't damage the skull too much because then you may puncture a bunch of blood vessels and get an impaled brain.

The lens of your eye is on the inside, so you'd need something stronger than pen ink, you'd most likely end up with ink poisoning and a pained eye that way.
Wait... why am I telling someone this? Man, I have some issues. |

It depends if said sharp object is serrated or not.

The "shield" on the outside of your eye is called the cornea.
I know so much about eyes because I dessected a cow's eye in Anatomy. I still have pictures of it on my phone. :D |
