As Kyodo has stated in a recent Forum post (http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=140216572), ROBLOX is being mass-exploited.
HOWEVER, there's another problem that needs to be addressed.
On ROBLOX comments, group walls, etc., some accounts are posting off-site links. These links are likely to contain viruses and/or malware. With this, here's a simple FAQ:
Q. What is malware? A. Malware are malicious files on a computer. They can steal credit card information, p@$$-words, and even steal your identity.
Q. How is malware given? A. Malware can be distributed through links, websites, or downloads. What looks like a trustworthy video-editor could house a malicious program.
Q. How can I protect myself? A. First and foremost, don't download programs or click links you don't trust. Offsite links on ROBLOX are banned. Instead of clicking it, report it and move on. Next, make sure you have a working anti-virus. You can do this by Googling, 'EICAR test file', and clicking the top result. Click download on the left, and select a file from the box towards the bottom of the page. This file will test your anti-virus and will NOT harm your computer. You should only have ONE anti-virus, having more may damage your computer or cause them to interfere with eachother. Finally, if you've already clicked one of the malicious links, download a program called 'Malwarebytes'. This'll completely remove any malware on your computer and is free to use.
Q. When will all of this be fixed? A. ROBLOX is actively working to patch exploits. You can protect your game by closing it, making it friends-only, or adding an anti-exploit script such as 'ROBLOX Anti-Exploit' or similar.
That's a lot to read, but if you got it all, then you should be good to go.

something i think you need to say is that malware can be disguised as roblox links too. one time i clicked on a link that was supposed to be a roblox set but turned out to possibly launch a virus i got not very later called DoomLauncher.

Good, but how do we know you're not tricking us into downloading a virus?
Ik what those things are, but the less experienced Robloxian wouldn't and would report you. Malwarebytes is a very good program, and is an industry standard for virus removal. EICAR is an organization that is dedicated to AV improval and such. Both can be trusted, but make sure you get them from the official website. |

| This post contains vital information, but here is the problem with it. The people who will be willing and or are able to read it will likely already understand all of the presented information. The idiots who are not willing to read this, or lack the brain capacity to do so will be the ones who actually need this information. |

We don't need to learn some elementary fact about malware when OT is full of people in late middleschool to mid/late highschool.
