which do you prefer?
I prefer the old cartoon network because there was more voice actors and more kid friendly shows AND THEY DIDNT ABUSE THE WORD "BRO" |

I'm speaking for the majority, and they would obviously choose the old CN.
It had better shows back then. |

Agreed back then you would have better shows like fosters home for imaginary friends and there was this one episode were mr herman (whatever his name was) Was hoping around and then bloo made it viral and it gave me a laugh
Now we have stupid non funny shows like uncle grandpa who just goes around helping kids ok........ where is the cartoon here? this is cartoon network not a nursing hospital. |

| Old, because they were actually more cartoons and not live action. Do like Regular Show and Adventure Time, so it's not all bad I guess. |

New.
I really didn't care for Miguzi airings, or any old cartoons. Yes, I'm 16 and I remember them, but I don't like them.
I do like Gumball and Regular show. I don't really care for anything else, unless they bring Totally Spies Season 6 to America. |

| The new CN is like someone's acid trip, trying to cram EVERY SHOW in EVERY COMMERCIAL BREAK, in EVERY COLOR! |

Adventure Time is GOAT Western animation.
Otherwise, old CN had Ed Edd 'n' Eddy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Dexter's Laboratory, Powerpuff Girls, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, and Samurai Jack are all great shows in their own right, so I must point towards the earlier periods of CN's span for their highest quality. I mean, without my nostalgia shades, I must say that Johnny Bravo and The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy (sorry, folks) are both shows that are nowhere near quite as good as I remember them.
I'm not that obsessed with CN anymore, but it's nice to know a show like Adventure Time is around to remind me what I loved about the network.
Anyway, I think Gumball has really nice style, but it definitely goes for style over substance. Regular Show is fine and all, but it gets very repetitive. It definitely lost its charm a year or so after it first aired. Adventure Time has remained consistently interesting, fun, and entertaining over the years it has aired. |

It's cartoons about children, animals, and/or robots getting into realistic, fantasy, and/or science fiction situations, or DC comics cartoons.
And that's not even a generalization, EVERY CN CARTOON fits into that. And then, the writing is still the same quality and even the shows themselves are similar. Johnny Test is just an updated Dexter's Lab, Regular Show is essentially the crossover between Chowder and Flapjack that people wanted except more of a fusion crossover and less direct (from what I've seen, mind you), DC Nation could be considered like the DCAU except without it all sharing one universe, Adventure Time is pretty original from what I've seen but it still fits the CN thing I described above, etc.
Bear in mind I haven't watched CN regularly in a long time and so have only seen a lot of Johnny Test as the most recent show from that paragraph, I have only seen a couple episodes of RS and AT, never seen Uncle Grandpa, etc. |

"Johnny Test is just an updated Dexter's Lab" first of all it didn't premiere on cartoon network second of all, no it's not. Dexter's Lab is clearly different from that excuse of a show
"Regular Show is essentially the crossover between Chowder and Flapjack that people wanted except more of a fusion crossover and less direct" lolno |

Not really
Dexter's Lab is about a redheaded kid who gets into crazy situations with his inventions and he's constantly being made worse by his sister
Johnny Test is the same thing except the kid isn't as smart and it's his sisterS that make the inventions
And yes,
Flapjack is about two guys getting into crazy surreal adventures
Chowder is about creatures/animals getting into normal situations
Regular Show is about 2 animals getting into normal situations that turn into crazy surreal adventures
Granted I've only seen a few full eps of Regular Show and everything else has been clips and descriptions of episodes, and I haven't seen Flapjack and Chowder in a loooong time so take this with a grain of salt |

I miss the old CN. Whats New Scooby Doo, the tie in movies, Chowder, Codename Kids Next Door, Totally Spies, Johnny Bravo, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Total Drama Island, Ed, Edd n Eddy, the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, and Teen Titans were all great shows. The newer DC universe shows were the only good things left on CN (Young Justice, Green Lantern: TAS), but those were cancelled as well... |

| What is wrong with you guys? I can't even sit through one block on Cartoon Network. They focus on lame jokes or fart gags, its hardly entertainment. |

See this is what I'm talking about, before people would complain about the shows you guys are praising now because they weren't the old shows. People don't dislike these shows because they're worse than the older ones they dislike them because they grew out of them.
And also Finn that was mean. |

| I never complained about the shows I praised. I loved them. The new shows have no values to teach or any real entertainment in them. |
