how about real lifting thats only going to make you a Chunky D Liner
Okay? You wanna be lean, strong, and fast
how many times can you rep 55 lbs? 35? 80 times? 130?
how many calf raises can you do?
How long can you do a plank, you gotta have core muscles too big arms aren't going to get you anywhere.
Many different core excercies.
THAT IS HOW U TRULY "DO U EVEN LIFT?"

it barely works upper back (save for stabilizers which is barely anything) it's mostly lower back and glutes and hams like i SAID |
