That's not the point, the point is that they promised him money, and didn't give it to him.

Thing is, his situation is more like:
Boss: "Hey kid I'll give you your pay check after you help out with the lunch rush" Worker: "Okay" *Goes off working* Worker: "Okay I'm done.." Boss: "See your a great worker, now go clean the tables, counters and floors." Worker: "But I--" Boss: "Go!" *Worker does the cleaning* And at the end of the day he still never got payed. And that is considered Illegal. So if your going to use the work argument put this to mind. |
