about 45-50 minutes of constant jog on treadmill with a slight incline (5 miles an hour, 1.5 incline)
then some tricep/pectoral press workout
then finished off with ab workouts (crunches and planks) and stretches
bout an hour and a half of work |

going to go workout again in about an hour
i think today i wanna work on my lower body like my quads and calves
maybe i will do some more pectorals and triceps (omg it feels so good) but a little less today
and of course ima run another few miles |

@ithesportsbomb i have football camp every day (this week is 4th of july break) and as soring as it was the first two days back in early june, it's actually been getting fairly easier and easier so this is the first legit time im pushing myself and working out more and more and more intensely |

You lift video game controllers all day while I bench max 165 lbs (you can probably only bench max half of that, if even, lol) |
