So get in shape. Start working out daily. Start small if you need, but don't let a lack of immediate change dishearten you. You don't have to join a gym if you don't want to. Calisthenics is a section of exercise that focuses on working out without weights or machines. Just take the first step. There is a Chinese proverb that says, "The best time to plant a tree was 100 years ago. The second best time is today." It would have been best if you had started a while ago, however you can do so today.
The Dalia Lama said this: "There are only two days in a year in which nothing can be done. One is called yesterday, and the other is called tomorrow, so today is the right day to love, believe, do and mostly live." |

| There's one problem there: I do know what I am talking about. Strong muscles support a strong heart. Cardio is good, and I would recommend it, however everyone stands to improve from exercises like calisthenics. I know exactly what I am talking about, Youmirinbrah, so perhaps you shouldn't be so quick to call me out. |

| Well, seeing as I had to look that word up, I would lean toward no. I have, however, done research into exercise, health, nutrition, etc... One of my life goals is to live until 125, so I figure I should get started now to accomplish that. I'm in good shape and very healthy (a step down from a health nut), and I enjoy sharing my knowledge where I can. Do you have a problem with that? |

@You, Honestly? I don't feel the need to insult you or your intelligence to make me feel better. If you do, then I deduce that I've threatened you. So, yes, I would say that I am more knowledgeable. Anyhow, I'm in shape and knowledgeable with this topic. I've read several books and done my fair share of research into it. I would take research and actual fitness over simple fitness in a battle of who is "more right."
Ah, but we shouldn't be fighting about that at all. You said he should do cardio, which he should; I said he should exercise, which he should. Who the hell cares if you or I are reputable sources? Why the hell would you get aggressive about this?
I don't care who is more right. That doesn't really matter. Why can't we get along? |

looks like you have to do more research then i got my knowledge from personal experience and other greater bodybuilders i'm currently on a bulk (which means getting fat basically) and a few days ago i tried some cardio and ended up being extremely tired however when i'm on a cut (losing fat) and do cardio to burn as much calories as possible, i don't get tired i work out 5 times a week, even when i'm on a bulk; so why did i also get tired?
i am in no mood to argue so let's end this here |
