Curious. I want to play the X1 on it.

The 20 inch monitor is $99, but the 24 inch is $209.

@Rampage
1. I'm still in the process of building. A friend of my family has a bunch of PC parts, so I might stop by there and get a case, a PSU, and a HDD.

2. I'd like to play Overdrive, Master Chief Collection, and Horizon 2.

3. I'm running two monitors, they aren't jointed in conjunction (one's for X1 and one's for PC), so my desk is a tad smaller doing that.

@Shivy
My get-me-started build (I want to get a build that can beat my '06 prebuilt, then I can give it to my parents cause they are still running a Pentium IV):
FX-4130
Any CPU Cooler I can find.
2GB DDR3 RAM
Radeon 6670
Any HDD over 120GB
Any case.
Windows 7.

yep.

get 3 20 inch surround monitors for 100$s more but it is worth it if you want realism, if you got the surround i recommend having 1-3 meter space in the viewing angle of the monitor, so you can fully see the gameplay. its awesome, trust me. im foruming in it right now.

i was gonna say get a 120hz monitor but no.

get a smaller monitor, no point having a huge 20-24 inch monitor if you cant play modern games in full 1080p res.

I forgot to mention, my PC monitor is going to be the 17 inch I already have.

The X1 monitor (I don't want to use my TV) is the 20 or so.

I might get a 19.5.
