Erm for a light, insert a Part. Then right click on the Part in the Workspace and press "Insert Basic Object." Find the PointLight and click it. You can adjust the color and brightness of the light in Properties.

Make a BasicObjects window in Studio mode, look for light.

Okay, I'll try to make it easier to understand.
1. Open Roblox Studio if you're not already using it. 2. Open the place you're building. 3. Look for the "Insert" button at the top of the screen and click it. 4. Click "Part," which should be at the top left. 5. Right click on that brick, and press "Insert Basic Object" 6. Click "PointLight" 7. Move the light to the place where you want it to be.
TIP: 1. Go to the top again and click "View." 2. Then click properties and explorer. 3. Click the brick and you should "Part" highlighted in blue in Explorer. 4. Click the arrow next to "Part" in explorer and you should see PointLight below it. 5. Click the PointLight and look in properties. You can change the color and brightness of the light there.
