Reus isn't as important to Germany as much as the other two are to Brazil.
Reus is still a very good player though. |

Importance really doesn't define how great a player is, even though it does mean a lot. We're just such a well rounded team that we could even lose Ozil or Schweinsteiger and still be a threat to win the World Cup.
Tim Cahill is important to Australia but he's not that great (anymore).
Reus put up the second most goals for Germany in the qualification (he would've been in first if Ozil didn't take all the penalties) |
