| I've Seen Some Great Roblox Games, But I've Always Noticed None Use Keys For GUI, Or Gameplay *Besides Shooters, That kinda stuff), etc. Anyone Agree? |

I think the reason for this is that the scripters who make games on ROBLOX are either too unskilled or the game creators don't know how to script. E.G. if I put up a poll for 100 robux to anyone who takes it that said "Write a hotkey system in ROBLOX Lua," 3/4 the people who took it would either copy someone else's hotkey system or not be able to do it. |

I will mostly use key input for activation of interfaces, along with the numbers for selecting the hotbar, and if a user does not like the current controls, they can rebind ANYTHING to ANY KEY (This includes walking and jumping!)
Plus, it is dual-bind compatible (Chatting has default primary bind "Enter" and secondary bind "/")
Maybe I will add scripting to the game, which is bound to keys (Nothing game-breaking, though ;D) |

| I commonly use Hotkeys as a way of closing out GUIs when closing them manually is just to much. I find taking input commands rather easy, and i would like to see some more innovative uses of it. |

Pro-tip: Don't bother with lettered hotkey systems, just use numbers, hopperbins, and the selected event Makes things easier for you to script, and noobs don't go "wuts a hotkee sistem i nevr hurd of this b4 how do u use skills i quit this gaim sux," instead they just move the hopperbins within their backpack. |

| Well if we could actually get user input, then I'm sure it would be used more. |

You mean... UserInputService (Gets ANY key, ANY time the game window is in focus.) |

| I mean, I have a simple script that gets whenever "shift" is pressed and makes the character run. I've made an inventory system that way |

| Yes, that's the simple way anyway XD, I know there are probably optimized ways to do that. |

| UserInputService differentiates Shift/Alt/Ctrl from numbers, so use that |
