Communication When you’re on duty, you do not talk. You only talk when reporting or when spoken to another S.S staff or W.H.S. You will use /e when on the radio or % to speak to another agent. You will not speak to a person unless it is an emergency and or an issue occurs.
Uniformed Division The Uniformed Division is the vital protection of the outer and inner perimeter of the White House. Their protective responsibilities through a network of fixed security posts, foot, bicycle, vehicular and motorcycle patrols. As well providing additional support to the Secret Service's protective mission’s.
Protection Detail Protection Detail is world-renowned for the physical protection it provides to the nation's highest elected leaders and other government officials. To safeguard Secret Service protection, the division does not generally discuss the specific types and methods of its security operations. In general, permanent protection, such as the president and Vice President, have details of special agents assigned to them. Temporary protection, such as candidates and foreign dignitaries, are staffed with special agents on temporary assignment from Secret Service Director. The protection of an individual is comprehensive and goes well beyond surrounding the individual with well-armed agents. As part of the Secret Service's mission of preventing an incident before it occurs, the agency relies on meticulous advance work and threat assessments developed by its Intelligence division to identify potential risks to protection.
Emergency Response Team The Emergency Response Team’s primary mission is to provide tactical response to unlawful intrusions and other protective, challenges related to the White House and its grounds. ERT personnel receive specialized, advanced training and must maintain a high level of activeness and operational proficiency.
Radio You’re at all times are to use the Secret Service comm, unless instructed to be on the on the Unicom. You’re given a earpiece for a reason, use the Secret Service Comm at all times during events or emergencies.
White House Perimeter Red Zones = No entry to vehicles. Only citizens with a private invitation are allowed to roam with in the red zone. But must be under watch at all times when present in the Red zone. Only W.H.S are allowed on the grounds. Unless permitted by Homeland Security Clearence. Orange Zones = Permitted Personal only. These area’s are for the permitted personnel under the permission of the Homeland Security Clearance. Only reason that Permitted personnel is of business or invitation. Yellow Zones = Warning Watch. This area is prohibited from any personnel not under Homeland Security clearance. If a person enters this area is to be given 3 warnings. If the person doesn't comply or simply attacks they face prosecution, charges.
Lock Down In the case of an emergency lockdown procedure, the following instruction below are to be followed as instructed. 1.All W.H.S personnel are to be put into safe rooms until “Code Green” is given. W.H.S will not be allowed to leave until the code is given. 2. At all times during a lockdown you must secure White House, Grounds, West/East Gates to secure and wait till further instructions. 3. All Uniformed Division are to protect the outer perimeter during a Lockdown and will patrol and secure the white House. 4. Emergency Response Team will be placed on Standby in case of a major security breach and will watch for new threats. 5. Protection Detail will remain with W.H.S at all times during the lockdown. 6. If you find something suspicious or threatening, make sure to report it to a Secret Service member or local security agency’s. 6. During all times Secret Service will have permission to use deadly force during a breach and will only give one warning. Also all guests and invited persons will be put into a different safe room for safety of W.H.S. |
