| Hey, so ROBLOX crashes when I try to hit the full-screen button. It starts as a window, and then when I click the enlarge button, it gives me the message about an unexpected error. Please help! |

@Ytt you should get a new computer, XP is outdated and will soon not be supported by almost all programs.

| XP's system is outdated as well. Your computer is vunerable to hackers and other cyber-related threats. |

You need to update your operating system (recommended Windows 7 or Windows 8.2 at the moment) and possibly fix your computer up by cleaning out processes you don't use (This causes the build-up of CPU usage on your computer).
Recommend to complete these steps: 1. Uninstall programs that you don't use. 2. Disable certain programs that run on start-up. (REGEDIT) 3. Clean your disk with a defragmenter or clean-up (already on your computer) 4. Reinstall ROBLOX Player and Studio 5. Update your Operating System if possible. |

Step 1. Throw out your computer. Now.
Step 2. Beg your parents for a new computer. Now. |

| Probably just for you, it works fine when I'm on fullscreen, maybe you just have an old computer or monitor or something, check it... |

| Well, I don't have a few hundred dollars for a new PC, so I don't want to break it or throw it out, so what should I do? |

@YTT nothing else you can do, XP is basically ancient technology today, you would be lucky to even have 1 gigabyte RAM on an XP computer, ROBLOX uses 1 to 2 gigabytes, meaning you would have to have just ROBLOX on the computer, and that could still cause huge lag, and be lucky to get 30 minutes of gameplay, then you would have crashed your computer :/ I had an XP with 1 gigabyte and I crashed after 10 minutes of gameplay. Advice: Get a new computer
