This Constitution is written for the great of Barbados, protect the country, give the citizens their rights, and what the Parliament must full fill on a day to day basis. All rights are to be followed by citizens, and police officers, military, must respect the laws of these citizens, in the cities, streets, and plains.
ARTICLE I- | Citizen's Protection |
Every person in Barbados is entitled to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual, that is to opinions, color, creed, or gender, but subject to respect for the rights and freedoms of others and for public interest to each and all.
Citizens right followed -
life, liberty and security of the person; protection for the privacy of his home and other property the protection of the law; and freedom of conscience, of expression and of assembly, association, speech, religion, and bare of arms.
the following provisions of this Article shall have effect, but there are limitations, no illegal weapons, flaming, invading other property claiming as " your own " this all could be used against you in court.
ARTICLE II - | Governor- General Roles & Replacement Plans |
There shall be a Governor-General of Barbados who shall be appointed by His Majesty and shall hold office during His Majesty’s pleasure and who shall be His Majesty’s representative in Barbados. If the Governor- General isn't available or is absent for a matter of time, they soon will be temporarily replace by either a chosen government official by His Majesty or President of the Senate and or House of Assembly. The Governor-General of Barbados will get a 5 month term, once term has ended there is re-elects but a member shall only get two terms! IF a member quits, retires, is impeached out of power, a chosen member from Senate of House of Assembly will be chosen by His Majesty to quickly replace the empty seat.
ARTICLE III - | Parliament of Barbados |
In the Parliament of Barbados which shall consist of His Majesty, a Senate and a House of Assembly. The Senate shall consist of twenty-one persons who, being qualified for appointment as Senators in accordance. The members will be carefully selected as only the most trust-worthy, beneficial, intelligent, skilled worker be accepted as an Barbados Senate official. Members of House of Assembly will be elected, voted by the people who run the country Barbados. Each member will be given a 3 month term to serve as current House of Assembly members. IF a member, retires, quits, or impeached may be replaced. Members looking for entry into the House of Assembly with open positions may start campaigning (with a PM to His Majesty). There are 24 seats in House of Assembly, 21 seats in the Senate.
