the list won't be as interesting as Crash's, but here we go
if you see a *, it's only because it's a collab, i'm not actually a diehard fan of their music. this applies to mayhem, the frim, mimosa, etc.
it's also manually sorted, because i'm cool like that
12th Planet Adventure Club Aesop Rock Ajapai Ak9 Alvin Risk Amon Tobin Apashe* Arkasia Atmozfears Au5 Audio* AWOLNATION AZEDIA Barely Alive Bassnectar Beck Black Sun Empire Blue Foundation Boyinaband* Braken BT* C418 Cage The Elephant Calvertron Chase & Status Chasing Shadows Christopher Tin Coldplay Culprate Current Value Dabin Daft Punk Datsik DC Breaks* Del Tha Funkee (too lazy to filter)sapien Dirtyphonics Disturbed Document One DotEXE Downlink Draper Droptek Emalkay Ephixa Eptic ETC!ETC!* Example Excision F3tch* Far Too Loud Feed Me Feint Flux Pavilion Foreign Beggars Fractal Frim, The* Getter Glitch Mob, The Gorillaz Green Day ill.Gates Imagine Dragons Infected Mushroom In Flames Jantsen Joe Ford Kai Wachi KDrew Kezwik* Kill the Noise Killers, The Killsonik Klaypex Knife Party Konec* Koven Krewella Lady Gaga Linkin Park Liquid Stranger Lupe Fiasco* M Machine, The MakO* Mantis Matta Mayhem* Minnesota* Mimosa* Mitis Muse MUST DIE! as you see, almost all of it is electronic, with a few exceptions here and there.
as to what artists i like the most?
Barely Alive Bassnectar Chase & Status Excision Getter The Glitch Mob Infected Mushroom Linkin Park Mantis Nero Noisia Offspring, The Pegboard Nerds Pendulum Seven Lions Skrillex Tristam Varien
and now, feel free to ask any questions. no question is too dumb for me, i'm willing to answer pretty much anything related to my music tastes or the artists listed here. |

So I'm guessing you like Linkin Park's newer stuff (excluding The Hunting Party)?
I'm just wondering, there's nothing wrong with that if you do I like all of LP |

i like all linkin park, i have every album but their remix albums (reanimation and recharged) and the hunting party (planning on picking it up some time, need to give it a few more listens). i'm more of an old lp fan, but new lp has its good parts too.
tbh meteora > hybrid theory > living things > the hunting party > a thousand suns >>>>>> minutes to midnight
my top 5 songs:
1. Points of Authority 2. Roads Untraveled 3. Breaking the Habit 4. In the End 5. When They Come For Me |

Finally someone who agrees with me that Meteora is their best album
If you want to get the Hunting Party I recommend a Best Buy if there's any near you, there's a Best Buy exclusive version of the album that comes with a DVD of their live performance in Monterrey
My top 5 songs: 1) Nobody's Listening 2) Wretches and Kings 3) Final Masquerade 4) No More Sorrow 5) Castle of Glass |

i find meteora better than hybrid theory, simply because the main complaint about it was that it was more of the same, and every song on the album had a hybrid theory equivalent, but said songs improved on the original. don't stay, breaking the habit, lying from you, hit the floor, numb, and session are so much better than most of hybrid theory.
both are amazing albums though if you look at only the surface, other than mike shinoda there's nothing about them that particularly stands out as amazing. it's meant to be just a package that you don't tear apart. |
