The farthest planet is currently known as: "OGLE-2005-BLG-390Lb"; the Super-Earth which packs of 5972190000000000000000000 kg in total diameter (five times the size of Earth) at the distance of 21500 light years away (203411500000000000 km).
"c" (speed of light) will take 215 years to reach from "Earth" to "OGLE-2005-BLG-390Lb". |

For those who are wondering;
c = 289681.92 km p/s (180000 m p/s)
That's enough to reach "Pluto" in 126 days. |

What if we take all of our money to NASA to make a fast and huge spaceship enough to hold resources to make a good civilization to that planet?

Almost all planets are unstable for life.
If we were to do this, the planet would most likely be "Mars". However this planet suffers from lack of temperature which can be deadly to human life.
Mars suffers at temperatures of -60 degree C (-80 degree F), as thankfully during the summers Mars average temperatures are 20 degree C (70 degree F).
IF this were to be a distant event and technology exist much better than modern, we could live at dwarf planets possibly! |

Besides, the fastest thing besides c (speed of light) is the Plutoid Space Craft, which travels at a speed of 58,536 km p/h.
However traveling at speeds like these can be life-risking as pressure from the speed can crush us. So they must be a lot slower, around 321.869 km p/h for if passengers were included inside the shuttle. |

It will happen eventually, so we may as well as think of this now.
That means you "NASA". |
