@ars i used to do that but now i feel tired as hell a lot, like even if i get plenty of sleep i'll find myself falling asleep in school or whatever

I still have sleeping issues. I get nightmares often, so I've just adapted to it for 5 years.
I have to drink warm milk and talk melatonin tablets to sleep. |

oh. i go to bed at like 10 on week days (cause school) and stay on my phone till 11, then i try to sleep but i usually find the last time i check my clock before sleeping is like 2am, ill wake up 1-5 times per night and get around 20 mins - 4 hours sleep a night o_o better than nothing though

| Try not going on your phone before sleeping, it can cause you to stay awake/be hyper |
