both -------- Currently? I'd say Xi Jinping well kind of... His government has done stupid things to keep the GDP rising.
Historically. Probably the prime ministers of Britain during the Industrial revolution. |

Economic growth? -hitIer -------------------------- His growth only happened because, he declared all the debt he owed other nation invalid. Not to mention expanding the military destroys wealth. As the people can not enjoy the stuff that comes out of the factories.
Military strategies? -hitIer ------------ No.. Just no. Erich von Manstein is responsible for the grand plan that took down france. Hit never had anything to do with it... Besides okaying it.
Foreign policy? -hitIer ------------------- Ending in a work war is not a good foreign policy, it destroys wealth.
Ambitions? -hitIer ------------------- I'd give this to Julius Ceaser.
Also Hit was NEVER a president. So your argument is invalid anyways. |

HitIer had very good military strategies. In fact, if he was a little more patient, he'd assume his plan of conquering Europe, then America, and after that he'll have all major super powers. |

HitIer had very good military strategies. ------------------------- No, not really. He caused the disaster at Stalingrad and D-Day.
Von Manstein thought that the battle wasn't going well and noticed they had a period upon which they could retreat but hit wouldn't let Von Manstein give the order to retreat.
Rommel wanted to bring the reinforcements to the beach so the US + Allies wouldn't be able to establish a beach-head. Hit denied that. |
