INTRODUCTION Hello, this is the official handbook of Death Division. I hope you read this handbook carefully, and read over it again.
RULES AND REGULATIONS Owning The Uniform- the uniform is the thing that represents your membership in Death Division. You should be proud to own the uniform.
On-Duty- you are on duty when -You have the uniform on -You are in a Death Division place -Representing Death Division in another place (in raid, ally training place, etc.)
These are the laws of Death Division; 1) Wear uniform on-duty 2) Show respect to not only High Ranks, but fellow members, allies, enemies, etc. 3) Try your best to use grammar 4) No hacking, exploiting, spying on the group. Will result in a ban. 5) Abide High Ranks 6) No Admin Abuse 7) No cursing the group 8) No harassing others. 9) No bullying others. 10) No lying 11) Be active, if you can't, please try and inform a HR, preferably the Emperor 12) Don't ask for promotions
On the wall; The wall is a place to be immature, hangout, and discuss different topics. The wall is NOT to harass, bully or put down other members, allies, the group, etc. Here are some examples of posts on the wall Great Example; Well done guys, we did great in that raid. Hail DD! Good example; The raiders were kinda bad lol i killed 3 in 1 swing Bad example; lool did u c thhose raiders we rekt them nubs hahahalool xD
LOW/MIDDLE RANK PROMOTION GUIDE Easy ways to get promoted in Death Division; 1) Follow the rules above 2) Attend events 3) Do good in events 4) Help others
LIEUTENANT PROMOTION GUIDE Okay, this is a bit complicated.. I should start with that a Lieutenant should have a mentor to guide them to being a General. Only Praetors+ may mentor a LT, and each Praetor+ may only mentor TWO Lieutenants+ at a time.
Stage 1; Grammar and Discipline The mentor MUST make sure that their trainee uses proper grammar and is completely disciplined. *NOTE* If a mentor decides that the trainee is ready to advance to Stage 2, and the trainee speaks like "ur all nubs you little scwubs ima be a hr and ur gonna diee xD xD," that mentor may be demoted to General; if (s)he thinks that that is okay, then they are not worthy to be a High Rank. When the mentor thinks the trainee is ready to advance, (s)he will promote the trainee.
Stage 2; Skills The mentor must train the trainee different skills and techniques. When the mentor thinks the trainee is ready to advance, (s)he shall promote the trainee.
Stage 3; Leadership This is following the rules above, and hosting. This means taking responsibility for something good or bad you have done. When the mentor KNOWS the trainee is ready for his/her exam, he shall promote them to "Awaiting Test."
Awaiting Test; At the Lieutenants test, the mentor, the Emperor and of course the Lieutenant must be present. First, the Emperor will give the Lieutenant a little knowledge test. Then the Emperor will test the Lieutenant on skills. Then, the Emperor will ask the Lieutenant to host a training. When the Lieutenant ticks all those boxes, (s)he shall be promoted to General.
HIGH RANK PROMOTION GUIDE Ways to get promoted as a HR; 1) Follow the rules above 2) Attend events 3) Host events 4) Help others
DEMOTION If you feel you have been demoted for no reason, PM the Emperor evidence (if you have it), and what you supposedly did wrong and why you are demoted. Don't go ranting on the wall about it.
DIVISION COUNCIL The Division Council the main people of Death Division, prior to the Emperor. For example, in a meeting, if ALL the Division Council agree on something like exile a member, the Emperor would HAVE to exile that member. So basically, the Division Council, all together, have more power than the Emperor alone.
CONCLUSION So, that's our huge Death Division Handbook. If you have any questions PM RisingCrisis400 Hail DD!
"Don't die; that's that"
