1. 9/11 is possibly the most tragic thing that has ever happened to america, if you don't understand what happened, I'd google it.

2. Michael was the poster child for pop, some say he started a big movement, nothing people now in days can imitate.

So, it is a pretty tragic thing....

btw, how df do you relate 9/11 to MJ at all, on any level?

9/11 was an alqaeda attack on America that thousands of people have died because of
It was the biggest attack on New York since the American Revolution when England invaded.

People still remember WWII and that was over 80 years ago, people aren't going to forget an attack on a world superpower.

Yeah, two towers were knocked down and people died. People die every day. I don't get how people dying in the masses is any more tragic than a normal death.

2. Michael was the poster child for pop, some say he started a big movement, nothing people now in days can imitate.
Yeah, I get that. Let his legacy live on. But STOP CRYING over him. You didn't know him in person. You can listen to his music any time. But his family will never get to see him again.

"Yeah, two towers were knocked down and people died. People die every day. I don't get how people dying in the masses is any more tragic than a normal death."

Two commercial planes with people in them were hijacked, crashed into the two towers of the World Trade Center, another plane crashed into the headquarters of our nation's military, The Pentagon, and another plane was set to crash into the White House but the passengers knew they were all going to die, took control of it, and crashed it in a field in Pennsylvania

OH MY GOD, DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT 9/11 IS? THESE THINGS LIKE THIS DON'T HAPPEN "everyday"...

And

"Yeah, I get that. Let his legacy live on. But STOP CRYING over him. You didn't know him in person. You can listen to his music any time. But his family will never get to see him again. "

People don't have to know the person, coming from a musicians point of view, I understand how much of an impact someone's music has on somebody, and when someone who was worshiped as the king of pop dies, people aren't going to let go at all.

yeah, and? How has it directly affected your every day life? Oh that's right, it hasn't. Just because you were told that "planes crashed" into buildings doesn't mean you need to cry for the people affected. If it didn't affect you then leave it alone.

"You choose to believe that is was a terrorist attack? There is a lot of PROOF that it wasn't planes crashing into the tower. If you watch the movie, you see small little explosions happening through the joints of the tower. It wasn't meant to buckle like that, which means some planning and engineering was put into it. If you still believe in the media, then you really need to do some reasearch."

Then the terrorists planted bombs. I think that if there's small explosions happening, then obviously, terrorists planted bombs.

I'm pretty sure that Americans wouldn't try to destroy the world trade center, or the pentagon, or attempt to destroy the white house.

We're not crying over it, but we're not going to forget it altogether, you scrub.

I wouldn't say Michael Jackson's death was a tragedy, but he was a well known and good person.
Think about how his family feels.

Now think about the tens of thousands of families who had people that died in 9/11.

You hypocrite, there's nothing naive about that.
America has wars to fight, an economy to regulate, and even then the nation still runs into problems.
Why on Earth would the governement say "Hey! Let's kill thousands of our own nation and bomb our most important buildings!"
Our government is not controlled by sociopathic terrorists.

If you choose to believe that the government is good, you're in for a rude awakening. That's all I'm going to say.

And why won't you forget? There's a memorial, there's a new world trade center, and America got off easy. 9/11 could have been a lot different. If they set off a biological hazard weapon in LasVegas, for expample, and gave everyone a new disease, then when the tourists here go back home, they would be spreading it around the world. Just because we lost a tower or two, doesn't mean they can't be rebuilt.
