On the release of Shadow Hex, V O I D will be basing its acceptance off of a whole new criteria. A new group has been created, called "H I V E" which will be used as what most could consider a "filter group". The Grubs who are still Grubs by the time H I V E releases will be exiled and required to advance through the Hollows. In order to join the Locust Horde, you must adventure through the Hollows, an underground tunnel network beneath the surface of Sera that is home to the Locust Horde and many other subterranean creatures.
Located in the crust of Sera, the Hollow is split between the Inner Hollows and Outer Hollows. The Outer Hollows are closer to the surface and were explored by humans after the invention of the Lightmass Process to mine for Imulsion; imulsion was a luminescent, highly volatile, low-viscosity fluid originally discovered by an oil exploration drill on the planet Sera. The Inner Hollows lay deeper underground and appeared to be the cradle of the Locust civilization. The current fate of the Hollow is uncertain, after the Lightmass Offensive destroyed much of the Outer Hollows while the Inner Hollows were flooded when Jacinto City sank. Both areas of the Hollows contained subterranean creatures ranging from the tiny Hollows-Beetle to the gargantuan Riftworm.
The Riftworms were massive worm-like creatures that were 8-10 miles long and half a mile across. Semi-intelligent creatures, Riftworms created the Hollow by burrowing through the crust of Sera and leaving behind their waste that enriched the soil and created life inside the Hollows. The Riftworm was viewed as a God by the Locust for being a life giver. Riftworms burrowed across the Seran crust, devouring everything in their path and leaving its manure which enriched the soil creating life inside the Hollows. The Riftworms created a majority of the Hollows and The Locust view them as gods.
The Trinity of Worms was based around the Riftworm and Locust architecture would be based on the Riftworm. It was believed that the Locust would use pheromones or explosions to move the riftworm towards their target. The riftworms would later disappear until the Lightmass Bomb was used on the Outer Hollows which awakened one, giving the Locust their god to turn the tide of the war.
***INNER HOLLOWS: THE FIRST STAGES OF SLAVERY:***
The Inner Hollows are the deepest parts of the Hollow. Unlike the Outer Hollows, the Inner Hollows have natural fauna and flora with indigenous creatures ranging from Rockworms to small beetles. It is assumed the Locust originated from the Inner Hollows as their capital, Nexus, is located here. The Riftworm also lay in hibernation in the Inner Hollows until it was awakened by the Lightmass Bomb.
The Inner Hollows contain natural lakes with various fish including the Leviathan, and Imulsion lakes. It seems human exploration never reached this far into Sera's crust except for a few Stranded groups who migrated down there to escape the war between the two factions. Unknown to the COG, another Locust faction, the Lambent, shared the Inner Hollow with the Locust Horde and were in the midst of a brutal civil war. During Operation: Hollow Storm, thousands of Coalition troops were dropped into the Hollow and were cut off from the surface, leaving hundreds dead or captured. This led to the Locust counterattack at Jacinto, and its eventual sinking which caused the flooding of the Inner Hollows.
The Locust Horde Masters capture the humans of the surface of Sera to transport them to the security of the Inner Hollows. From there, they are taken across the lake of the Inner Hollows to the prison camps on the Locust Highway. Only there they are put to labor and deprived of valuable resources, ultimately being put in a machine that cuts in the tear duct of the left eye and began to scrape at brain matter. Which then began the process of her lobotomy, making the humans mindless slaves to the Locust Horde.
At the beginning process of slavery, you lose every right of being in the group (Posting on the wall, seeing shouts). Those who are at the first rank of "Enslaved" are expected to be willing to follow higher ranks into events, this is considered a trial of dedication to the Horde. The lobotomy has stripped away many senses and skills of those freshly enslaved, for these skills to be brought back from years of training. All memory of being enslaved is lost, all that is know is that the Locust Horde has saved its slaves from tragedy.
***OUTER HOLLOWS: THE LAST STAGES OF SLAVERY:***
This part of the Hollow has been largely explored by human miners and had miles of piping built across the subterranean landscape. It is a known fact that miners had shorter life spans then the average human, maybe from the hazards of Imulsion mining or Hollow creatures. This part of the Hollow was also the dumping ground of the Human race. Ironically, because of this the Locust Horde discovered and developed many of their weapons which allowed them to attack the humans years later. The appearance of The Hollow seems to be almost uninhabitable by human standards. Kryll waste litters the ground, meaning that the area has a foul stench. It can also be surmised that, as Imulsion is very hot, the heat must only amplify the smell. Water flows in rivers throughout The Hollow, and every surface is constructed of rocky terrain, which has almost a viscous texture to it. Stalactites and stalagmites are common, sometimes growing in such size to create full columns between the floor and the ceiling. There is a red, fluorescent fruit that grows on the walls and ceilings of The Hollow, which the indigenous creature known as the Rock worm feasts on. Much seismic activity, often caused by the Riftworm, has devastated the landscape of The Hollow, causing major rifts in the ground, and constant collapse of the environment. It is later revealed that The Hollow is so massive that the COG resonator is only able to map a fraction of the Locust tunnels. Steam pours from numerous rifts in the tunnels, illustrating either that the entire environment is extremely hot, or that that the ground beneath the The Hollow has a naturally high temperature. The Locust Horde transport to the surface of Sera through the use of emergence holes, which are spread throughout the surface of the planet, ranging in size anywhere from 8–13 ft and a depth of 6–20 ft.
The Outer Hollows are destroyed by the Lightmass Bomb at the end of the Lightmass Offensive, but then later rebuilt by the awakened rift worm.
The Outer Hollows are heavily guarded by trained slaves, and Locusts alike. Only two kinds of slaves are ever seen at the Outer Hollows: Wretches, and Morphed Wretches. They are relatively weak to gunfire when compared with other Locust creatures, but they make up for it with sheer numbers. Morphed Wretches are more trained than the average Wretch, and is the final process of slavery. After becoming a Morphed Wretch, a final task is required to become a full fledged Locust Grub. As a Wretch, you are taught how to use each and every weapon in the Locust Horde arsenal.
This system will be in place as (or after) Shadow Hex releases. Gearspedia is where most of the sources from this thread comes from, any questions could be posted on this thread.

| xenojay, my god, if you don't want to read it, don't. Yet you still have to post something that contributes nothing to the thread, but helps your post count. |

@Nick,
I saw some parts of it, but I mostly just saw lore.

| By "Non-member" do you mean "Enslaved"? |

HMAX
Your primary is one of the most basic groups I've ever seen
First your logo uses the same bevelled, 999 layered style like everyone else,
Second is that you have trench coats as uniforms,
Third is that your bases looks like one of those dull "FOR SALE" forts.
