| It all depends on the size. If the clan is small, then regular. If the clan is large, points. If the clan is small AND elite, recommendations. |

Depends on the style of clan you want to go through.
If you want to reward based off of effort and results, go with recommendations. That way you can get people recommended based off of the things you're looking for, which would be able to change as a moments notice without hindering the other people's chances of promotion. The downside to this is that people often mistake this for favoritism, and hard workers for brown nosing
If you want to reward based off of activity, go with a points system. Everyone gets rewarded based off of how much they give. However the downside is people can exploit the points system to where they may not be good for the clan but according to the system you are expected to reward them regardless. |

| I like wij system because you can compete on who has the most points and once you are the max rank you can get through them you can still be rewarded for going to training |
