August 1st, 1977

A lanky, pale, and seemingly underweight man enters a a confined containment room. The walls, roof, and ceiling were immaculate; nothing but white. In the back of the office-sized room was a mahogany wood table with the two chairs facing each other on each side, both the same type of wood. On the chair in the back, facing the one in the front, sat a young girl at age of eight with blood red hair straighter than a board, coloring a picture of a cartoon strip that included zoo animals.

"Janelle, my name is Dr. W-"
"Dr. Whitten. I know."
Whitten tilted his head, surprised and somewhat impressed.
"Janelle, this is what I'm here to talk to you about. We've taken it into our interest and your best benefits to-"
She picked up where he left off, "to analyze and conduct a series of experimental trials to learn more about my abilities."

She didn't look up once from her coloring book, only gave it her undivided and attentive focus.

"If you would please not do that for a moment, I need to speak to you and I'd like be able to speak it out."
She dropped her blue crayola crown and looked up at him, then placed her chin on top of her palm, her fingers placed on her cheek. Janelle gave him a challenging look before saying, "I can't do that. It's involuntary, I don't get to just 'turn it off' like you may think. Contrary to what you may believe, you don't really know ANYTHING about my abilities."

He was taken aback by the eight year old's profound intellectual awareness. "Well, yes, you're right▬we don't. But that's why you're here, so we can find out more of it." He proceeded to the other chair and sat down, placing his cup of coffee on the flat surface and then slapping a manila folder labeled "RED" on it. He reached down for his coffee but was interrupted by Janelle.

"Parker Camden Whitten. Age 39. Suffers from depression, anorexia, and manic depressive disorder. Single. Your father, Benjamin Mick Whitten, passed away 198 days ago but is survived by your mother, Michelle Rene Whitten, maiden name is Lloyd. You have a tabby cat named Tom -that isn't very original- and you live in an apartment 17 miles away from here in-"

"Janelle, I am fully aware that you have mastered your clairvoyant abilities but if you would please give it a rest to make things run a lot smoothly. I've heard you've been a hassle for two other employees but I have dealt a lot with children in my time." She smiled and looked him in the eyes. "If you're so good with children, why don't you have any of your own? I mean, if you had the option with a woman that is." She giggled and continued coloring and he dismissed her comment.

"You may know a lot about me but I know much about you and I don't need some psychic ability for that." He flipped open the manila folder and began reading her information.

"Janelle Valentine. Eight years of age. Natural hair is brunette. Did you dye your hair yourself?" She nodded and he nodded back before continuing. "4'7, deals with antisocial activity, narcissism, sociopathic behavior, and has always done excellently in academics but frightens other children and becomes a nuisance for teachers." He tapped the paper with his pen and spoke. "It says here you gained an average 9th grader IQ level in the 2nd grade. She nodded.

"Her brother died during birth and father beat her mother and also a few years earlier, it says here that your father ra-"

Janelle slammed her fists down on the table and the hot coffee flung into Dr. Whitten's white coat, staining his coat and also burning his skin. He shouted a profane word and tried rubbing it, only smearing it even more. Janelle regained her calm and collected demeanor she had moments before and continued coloring. Dr. Whitten looked down at her and then jotted something down on a memopad he pulled out from his pocket.

"I know what you're writing."
He stopped writing and said. "Do you?"
"Yes. You're writing that I am a possible P.A.A. Psychic Adolescent Agressor. Something that has only occurred once with a young boy who was put to sleep. Is that what you're going to do me? Are you going to kill me?" She was looking at him again, and she set the crayon down. It started to roll down towards the end of the table, seconds from falling, until an invisible force stopped it and caused it to start rolling towards her.

"We won't harm you for being able to throw coffee or roll a crayon, sweetie." She nodded. "Good. You should kill me for what I am able to do but have yet to do. Emphasis on the yet." He was turned to the door until he stopped in mid walk and slowly turned back to her. "What do you mean? What are you going to do?" She smiled devilishly at him, then out of nowhere, an unreasonable and inhuman amount of fear was struck into Dr. Whitten's heart, and he began to panic and ran for the door, shouting a few incoherent words but some could be able to make out like, "She's going to kill us all. I see it, I can see it! I see everything! I see her- Red! Red everywhere! Oh God, so much red.. So much.. BLOOD!"

Dr. Whitten sprinted for the door but Janelle flicked her hand in the direction of him and he paused and he suddenly regained calmness. He looked at her and said. "Did you say something? Oh, no matter. I'll be back momentarily, I'm going to go clean this stain you caused, little missy" and he left the room with no recollection of what he just did or anything that happened.

Janelle continued coloring.

Dr. Whitten and a security guard entered the room. He brought the guard because "it felt necessary and he just felt uneasy the whole day." Janelle was sitting in the same spot but without a coloring book, just her hands folded and her waiting patiently. "Good morning, Janelle." She nodded to him as a response back. Dr. Whitten immediately sat down, ready to begin right away. The guard made his way to the corner farthest from them and beside the door, stationary and watching. He began writing as he spoke. "Janelle, your aunt is who you are living with now, correct?" She responded almost immediately as if she was waiting for him to finish the sentence he spoke. "Incorrect. I live here because you forcefully took me out my home and told me I was to be tested."

He shook his finger, "Now, now. We had your aunts consent when we took you out of her home."
"If you knew I lived in her house, then why did you just ask? I'm sure it's on that file you keep eyeing at anyway. What's wrong? Is my file.. disturbing you? Like something has.. changed?" A sweat bead rolled down his face and he said, "I'm just paranoid someone is tampering with important data. Maybe someone switched out the files from last time.."
"No. Look in the upper-right corner, there's a coffee stain. It's the same file. So why are you so troubled, Doctor?"
"Listen, missy. I am tired of your condescending behavior."
She didn't reply.

Dr. Whitten pulled out a voice recorder and began recording the data he wrote previously and this time. Once he finished, he began the interrogation.

"Janelle, can you remember your first supernatural experience?"
"I remember everything."
"You answered rather vaguely."
"You asked rather broadly."
"Janelle, please don't be such a hassle."
"You say you're a doctor but you have the second lowest IQ in your department. I don't want to waste my time on such ignorant and inferior waste of valuable oxygen that got his diploma mailed to him from an online website without taking any real courses."

He stood at her for nearly a minute straight before exiting the room without a word. Dr. Whitten was demoted by his executives and placed as a janitor.

A female woman named Dr. Norman with chestnut brown hair entered with a cheerful smile and several pins and awarded patches on her right-pocket on her labcoat. "Hello, Janelle! You are the talk-about in the building lately!" Janelle was sitting on top of the table, several sudoku puzzles around her and brain-twister games that she completed. "Oh, impressive! When did you get these puzzles?" Janelle looked at the puzzles then back up at her. "120 minutes ago." Dr. Norman was a bit awestruck but then not too surprised as she was informed of the extremely intelligent girl.

"Well, Janelle! You are quite an item. Do you like games?"
Janelle nodded.
"What kind of games do you like?"
She shrugged. "Anything fun. These weren't fun."
"No?"
"No. Too easy."

Dr. Norman nodded and took a seat, then Janelle sat back down in her chair and off of the table. "I hear you give quite a few employees a hard time, but I don't think that will be the case this time." Janelle sighed. "Something wrong, Janelle?" "No, I just hear that all the time." Dr. Norman nodded, "Right. Well, I will continue where Whitten left off. "Can you recall the first psychic experience you had?"

Janelle looked down as she spoke. "I saw my brother inside of my mother. He was so tiny."
"Wait, you literally saw him. With your, er, clairvoyance?"
"Yes."
"How often did you see him?"
"Once."
"Why just once?"
"He died as my mother gave birth to him."
"I'm sorry, Janelle."
"I'm not."

Dr. Norman said, "Hmm?"
"How do you think he died, Doctor?"
"I wasn't told specifically but I guess stillborn or-"
"I killed him."
"How?"
"I dunno."

Dr. Norman wrote a quick note on her memopad and looked back up to see Janelle back on top of the table, sitting crisscrossed and looking down at her memopad in her hand. "Doctor did you know you are the only left-handed person in this entire facility? What are the chances?" Dr. Normans looked at her left hand. "Wow, I feel a bit special today!" She chuckled. "Dr. Norman, when you wrote just now that I was a confirmed P.A.A, your heartbeat fluctuated a bit. Like, one beat was a bit off. It was strange." Dr. Norman nodded real slowly. Janelle tilted her head.

"Do you like games?" Janelle said.
Dr. Norman replied hesitantly. "Uh, yes. I do."
"What kind of games do you like?"
"Hm, I am getting some deja vu here like this has happened before!" She said with a false cheerful attitude and a fake laugh. Janelle waited for an appropriate responde. Dr. Norman cleared her throat. "Well, I like hide n seek! Isn't that fun?" Janelle nodded. "Really fun. We should play sometime." Dr. Norman nodded and lied, "Yeah. That'd be real fun! I promise you we will. But for now, I have to go back. Take care, Janelle!"

Dr. Norman grabbed her belongings and left.

August 29th

Dr. Norman busted in the room, her hair a mess and a coffee stain on her shirt. "Hi Janelle. Today has been such an unfortunate day for me. I was sitting and reading when my coffee just tipped over and ruined this coat! No bother though, I'll fix it later. Anyhow, how are you?" Janelle nodded signalling she was decent. Dr. Norman sat in the chair across from her once again.

"Now, Janelle. Can you tell me what happened the day your kindergarten teacher dragged you out of class while holding a cross to your head?" "My teacher shrieked I was the devil and, like you said, dragged me out of the room and held a cross to my head while saying God help this child. She dragged me all the way to the doors until she was taken by administrators."
"Janelle, why did she do that?"
"Because I told her that her husband was going to die in a mysterious fire a week before this happens and when she showed up to school late, she immediately did that."
"I see.."
"Do you see?"
"I meant I understand."
"Do you understand?"
"Y-Yes."
"I killed him too."
"Why?"
"Am I a 100% P.A.A. now?"
"Janelle, why did you kill that man? And how?"
"Weren't you listening? Arson."

Dr. Norman quickly jotted 'pyro' in her memopad and wiped her brow. "Doctor, why are you so scared?" Dr. Norman didn't reply. "Do you like games?" Dr. Norman looked up at her. "We've gone over this, Janelle." Janelle continued on. "What kind of games do you like?"

"Janelle- Hide n seek, remember?"
"I remember everything."
Dr. Norman jotted 'eidetic' on her memopad as well then looked up.

"Let's play a game." Janelle said.
"Okay. What game?"
"Hide n Seek."
"We don't really have good space to play it here."
"I know a place around here."
"You haven't left the facility in 19 days."
"It's closer than you think."

And instantaneously, Dr. Norman was inside of a small, grey, jail cell that was in the ground. The bars were on the ceiling and water trickled down. The skies were black. She reached her hands out and screamed for help. "Hey! HEY! Take me out of here! I don't want to play your games, Janelle! I don't want to play! Get me OUT!" She continued screaming and began banging on the bars. Then she stopped and froze in horror than began to scream even louder as images and visions flashed through her mind. She cowered down to the floor and covered her face.

Executives walked into the testing area to see Janelle sitting calmly in her chair and Dr. Norman crying and emitting shrill screams. They picked her up and she lashed out violently, clawing one man across the face. She was then tazed by a guard and carried out. The CEO and owner of the facility was the last employee to leave the room until he stopped in the doorway and looked back at Janelle who was only sitting there swinging her legs, smiling.

Janelle was placed into a different environment, a glowing orange room with honeycomb-like textures. This room was known as the HIVE. It was colossal and in the center was a large, black, spherical operating machine that multiple operations took place in. The room was empty with nobody but her until the CEO, Walter Riggs, entered the room. He carried nothing with him like the previous people that visited her before did. She was placed in a random spot that had also a random chair with no table in it. The room echoed the noise of the doors closing after Riggs entered. It took him half a minute to make it to where Janelle sat, patiently waiting.

"Janelle Valentine, due to your unsuitable conditions to live in everyday human life, you are hereby committed to lifelong quarantined life here in your own stay which we will provide for you. Your aunt has already been notified and signed off on this contract." He pulled out a piece of paper and let her examined it. She simply handed it back after seeing the signature. Janelle turned her head over to the black machine in the center of the HIVE. Riggs noticed it caught her eye. "You interested by that?" He asked. She shook her head but continued to look. "I already know what it does." She had a somewhat sad look in her eyes. A team of scientists walked into the room and one of them pulled out a sterilizer. She said she would simply walk stay awake and willfully walk to her cell without causing any trouble. Three squads followed behind, all guns aimed on her, as she was taken to her room.

Entry 1, Log 5
November 26th

"I am currently writing this as the interrogative portion of testing for Janelle Valentine has been put into my hands. I am extremely nervous - hell, who wouldn't be? - but I accepted on terms that I would possible deal with "replacement issues" for my job. Starting right after this, everything I write will be recorded for classified info and usage.

"Subject is showing signs of tiredness and stress, seeming somewhat upset. I walked inside her room and her bed was on the ceiling, as well as any tables, chairs, and furniture in there. When she spotted me, they all crashed down to the floor. I proceeded to interrogate subject until I brought up her family, which is when she started to grow anxious. We were both silent and not a noise was made until after 16 minutes when she started talking to herself and said, 'There's a bad man in here.' I attempted to reassure her but she telekinetically pinned me onto the wall beside the door. The door shot open and she was sedated."

Entry 2, Log 6
November 30th

"Subject won't budge. Not moving, not speaking. Three hours I tried. Why the hell is this little girl so important? Didn't this company use to modify living people and %^*&? Well, this is being sent to executives, so I need to watch what I say I suppose."

Entry 5, Log 7

"That little %^$@* is playing with me! I see her in my dreams, I see her when I close my eyes, I know what she's doing! This is my last entry, I am leaving this damned place. I was told I was going to be safe in this operation, RED or whatever, and hell I don't care about losing this job or the pay it gives me, my life is more important. Dr. ####### signing off."

Log 8 -- Final Log
February 14th, 1978

Riggs entered Janelle's room. "Janelle, you have been rather inactive for a bit of time now. We haven't tested you since early December but now I hear my employees are experiencing nightmares, stress, nausea, etc. They all are pointing the finger at you. Are you doing this?"

Janelle was facing the corner of her room, not speaking or moving.

"Janelle."
"Happy Valentines day, Mr. Riggs."

Janelle turned to face Walter Riggs and he immediately began to scream. The flesh on his very body began to liquidfy and melt off of him, as well as his insides. Nothing was left but a skeleton and a pool of blood in less than a minute. A squad entered the room and opened fire on the girl but she was gone, teleported. "Damn it! Did nobody know this chick could disappear? Where the hell is sh-" He froze in mid sentence to see that the bullets they all shot were floating in mid-air, not making contact with anything. They were still, simply levitating there. They all stared at the bullets in frozen horror. One of the men in the squad approached a bullet, about to touch it, until it flew right through his head, killing him instantaneously. After that, screams of men having multiple bullets puncture them filled the air. The lights began to flicker and screams filled the building everywhere now as Janelle Valentine massacred the employees inside of Newcomb Labs, making this valentines day a very RED one.

It begins.

Prequel is being made up now, as well the roleplay. There may possibly be two additions before the roleplay itself is published.
