I'm having issues with my iPhone 5c. Here's some info that might help you out a little to figure out whats wrong with my phone. Because obviously I can't.. Okay, so, the problem is that my battery is acting up. For example: I will charge it and once its on 100%, I will take it off the charger. I will be on it for like 5 minutes, and then out of no where its already on 1%. I thought maybe it was my storage so I cleared out my photo album and deleted apps. But no difference. And now just recently it has escalated. It could be on 100& then it dies on me. I try to then charge it and it takes like 2 hours. Now today it did the same thing but its been 5 hours and I've been sitting here waiting and I haven't been able to use my phone. This issue kinda scares me. Because of this, I am worried. What if I'm out and I have to call someone? Its dead.. There's nothing I can do. What if my little sister is trying to get a hold of me? I can't do anything.. I can go on and on. Anyways, if you have any ideas, please share with me. I will be getting my phone checked soon, but it would nice to save the trip to the Verizon store. By the way, my phone is only 9 months old. If its the battery packet that's in need of a change, Apple seriously needs to improve on their battery packets.. |

Since your phone is only 9 months old, take it to any Apple store.
They will replace your battery for free. |

| Also, the Verizon store will just direct you to the Apple store. |

Apps and content on the phone would not do that to the battery. This isn't android. |

"Do any of you know how much a battery pack costs?"
You can not change the battery yourself, otherwise you will void Apple's warranty and possibly damage your phone beyond repair.
Apple will replace it for free. |
