I've emailed, called, posted, asked, everything. Still no solution and no help.
Computer: Mac with OSX 10.8.5, plenty of storage room, great internet 24/7
When I join a game the background is white with a grey square in the middle. After a while it loads but the game is so slow I could go to the moon before the map loaded. I tried graphics 1, re-installing, shutting down, etc. and its been 5 MONTHS with no help. So please, ANYTHING?
BTW, This has happened to others but they are all inactive. I assume they all quit because they couldn't play anymore. |

ROBLOX does not support Mac the way they support Windows, on the Mac ROBLOX is harder to use and most ROBLOX users are Windows users so ROBLOX focuses on Windows more than Mac and so that is why Mac users have problems, switch to Windows and the problem will be fixed.

Get a PC and download the Windows OS on it. Mac OS is known to have a lot of issues with playing games, if I were you, I would get a PC and stick with it. I currently have a gaming PC that I have sunk over 800 dollars into and it is the best computer I've had. Beats Mac like a champ! I am unsure if you can install Windows on Mac, if not, invest in a PC and it will come with windows stock. I would recommend Windows 7 Home Premium, don't get Windows 8, just don't, it's bad. Windows 7 will run you anywhere from 30 to 100 dollars, so it's an investment. However, if you don't feel like paying money for Windows, you can do something called Torrenting, (Look it up) However, it is illegal and can get you in trouble. (Oh noes.) Hope I helped. :) |
