Welcome to Chicago
1920's, a year of crime, depression, violence, and gangs. Numerous names have come up with suspects, and of the gangs roaming the streets. Chicago's police force are currently a fighting force against criminals and gangs, however there force is at an all time low because the relentless bloodshed from the mobsters and the constant attacks on their headquarters, the CPD is next too near destruction. However other 'gangs' have begun a resistance too assist the CPD, a civilian militia if you please. The odds were brought back to an even stalemate, now each side is preparing too continue the fight against each other. Numerous hideouts belong too each side, some located in the outskirts of Chicago, others in more gang affiliated areas. Pick a side and fight for Chicago, or against Chicago. However there are also a couple of mysteries around the city, and some back ground on the gangs and CPD. Info of character and city: The city will be split in sections, based of the Watch Dogs map, (don't account for the realism of it.) There will be five sections, Pawnee, Parker square, Brandon Docks, Mad Mile, and The Loop. All of them housing 4 Hideouts and Stations, along with clothing shops and firearm shops as well. Reputation: There are three types of reputation, Evil, Good, and Neutral. All three have three stages. Good Stages : Protector: As a protector civilians see you as an icon of justice, police will on occasion aid in your fight against criminals and mobsters. Guardian: Civilians and Police assist you in your fights and give you resources too help take down the gangs. Vigilante: As a vigilante you are well seen as a hero and Police will give you numerous assets too there armory and police force. Civilians can give assistance by pointing you out towards gang hideouts and possible criminal activity. Achieving Hero status : 1: Mercy too low time criminals (E.G people who attack civs, but have no gang affiliation.) 2. Assisting the police, help fight off attacks, get supplies too them. The general stuff. 3. Taking down gangs, taking down a gang will boost your Hero status. Evil Stages Murderer: Seen as a killer of innocents and supporter of gangs, the police will oppose and civilians will give out your location. However sometimes gangs will help you. Infamous: Gangs see you as an icon too help their cause, they will help you in fights and take downs. Civilians will fear you and run, no longer giving out your location. However police forces will be more resistant too your attacks. Mobster: Gangs will now see you as the leader of violence and bloodshed, they will help launch attacks, give you some of their forces and weapons. Civilians drop money and cower in fear, Police forces are now heavily armed however, and attacks require more planning. Achieving Evil status 1. Killing criminals, no mercy. 2. Attacking police stations and taking down detectives will give you some extra evil stats. 3. Robbing stores.
Neutral Stages:
Nomad: Police and Gangs are unsure who you side with, neither side will attack but observe, however pushing into a hideout or station will put them on alert.
Observer: Police will Detectives follow you and trace your steps. On a rare occasion they will sometimes try and take you into custody. Gangs will have an Assassin tail you, sometimes knocking you out for interrogation.
The Watcher: Police and Gangs will constantly try and take you into custody, numerous assassins and detectives will be deployed after you. However you have a natural ability too blend in the dark now.
Achieving Nomad status
1: Don't partake in crimes or stop criminals. 2: Avoid gangs and police by entering in with stealth. 3: Take down hideouts or stations without killing anyone.
(Your Karma status will play a huge part with the end of this, and if people join this and like it, AND if I make another 'part' the ending of this will play into the next.)
Skills: (Two only, others will unlocked threw Karma gain, or simple progession.)
Focus: Slowing down time, your reflexes are enhanced allowing you too aim more accurately, this will override the dice with in a fight, (essentially auto-win)
Free-running: Quick and agile, you can climb buildings and move around quickly.
Sixth Sense: A combination of senses, allowing you too get an idea where everyone is.
Silent: You don't have too just be a Nomad for stealth, this will allow you too sneak around SOME enemies.

The M10 police Revolver
The 442 Revolver
The Colt M1911
The 27 Magnum
Pump Action Shotgun
The 1927 Tommy Gun
(These are the weapons I found from research, and I know there are a lot more then on this list, so if there are any other weapons from the 1920's that you would like too use, just put it in the CS and if you can, give me a link too that weapon so I can confirm it.)
Gangs: Chicago South Club: CSC has been preying on Chicago's turmoil for awhile.
The Peoples Resistance: a small time hippy group dedicated too take back Chicago. Not exactly a big time gang.
Chicago Militia: Allies with the police, they run convoys and attacks on the TPR and CSC.
CPD: Chicago's Police Department. I'm sure you can figure this one out.( I hope.)
