This one may seem pretty basic to others, web-developers and people studying websites in particular.

Roblox is a "self-made" domain. Meaning it does not need the use of a web-host to continuously be online. roblox.com does not need a web-host to have a database. For example. roblox.tx.com (not an actual link)

HOW IT WORKS: There are 3 different forms of web-development that roblox utilizes. Front-end, back-end, and full-stack web engineering. Front end (correct me if I am wrong, please) handles with "interacting" with the website, and what goes on with what you see. When you click that "Home" part at the top, you go to the server, and you are re-directed to your home page.

Back-end handles with things like (again, correct me if I am wrong please) the database, what you are redirected to, and what happens when you buy items, play games.

Full-Stack handles both of these.

If you are interested in becoming ANY of these, it'd be best to learn: HTML/HTML5, JavaScript (VERY IMPORTANT), PHP, Ruby on Rails, and CSS (CSS is a texture environment that is used for loading images).

Yeah php is the backend stuff and html, javascript, and css are the front end things. I never even knew ruby was used in websites though.

Oh yes! It is! Roblox uses it as a matter of fact! There are two different types of ruby!

Ruby, which is used for mostly console applications, and regular form applications.

And Ruby-on-Rails which is an integrated form of Ruby that can be utilized into web-development.

I am experienced with VBS, HTML5, CSS, and Lua. I have created many PHP-based Social Networking websites and have worked in the back-end area.

Yes, well, in the past I have challenged merely to a "Boasting" match. XD

My names particular to computer science are: SQLBinary(web-database) DoSer1010(Denial of Service-er binary), IntMainVoid(In C, the most important part in programs is int main(void)), and CodeBlocks (an important tool for programming in C, C++, Fortran)

First off, "what you are redirected to" can have multiple forms of meanings.

You can have a header redirect such as: header("location: urlhere.php");
or you can have the html redirect.

Yes, thank you for explaining that. Just like when you click "Games", you are redirected to the game page. I probably should've explained that better. :)

When you click on "Games", that is the href which is the HTML redirect form.

Well, I'm not really that into web-development, but I'm pretty educated in that category.

HTML5 can actually be used in applications.
