No, it's this:
-Make more money for players -Encourage buying BC, ROBLOX needs money to pay for servers, y'know. -Cause idiots to complain about the pricefloors when nobody cares |

Actually, it's-
- Allows players to make more profit - Encourages players to work harder and earn more money, meaning we get more game devs and clothing makers - Prevents people from using account bots

It's just good to me, clothing makers get rewarded for their effort. And DevEx ruins items, not pricefloor.
Fear the LoE. |

@Lumez
"-Make more money for players"
Nope. The vast majority of players are losing money, in fact.
"-Encourage buying BC, ROBLOX needs money to pay for servers, y'know."
More-so coercion rather than encouragement. It WOULD be encouragement if they added a new benefit for BCers that DIDN'T degenerate NBCers.
"-Cause idiots to complain about the pricefloors when nobody cares"
Nobody cares =/= You not caring
@MaskedClaus
"- Allows players to make more profit"
It doesn't "allow" them to do anything, because people had the option of increasing prices on their own, even before the price floor. The price floor just forces them to sell at higher prices. You fail to realize that some people [ESPECIALLY clanners] simply want their clothing to be available to others, and have no interest in making profit.
"- Encourages players to work harder and earn more money, meaning we get more game devs and clothing makers"
It does not encourage "working harder". It encourages "finding a way to make money". The vast majority of robloxians have no skill in making shirts OR games, and really don't do anything except consume. Denying them the ability to consume will not magically bestow upon them the ability to anything else. It only encourages them to use easy methods like copying, scamming and making fake cash-grab places.
"- Prevents people from using account bots"
What does this have to do with anything?

If they wanted to be rewarded with money, they would have raised the prices themselves.

| You're forgetting about what people thought about clothes which had prices above 1 tix before the price floor. Before the price floor, most people wouldn't even considerer buying clothes which had a cost of over 10 tix when they could buy loads of 1 tix clothes instead. And if those people are lucky, then someone will be "generous" enough to copy it and sell it for 1 tix. Isn't that good? Not for the clothing's original creator. |

@Roblox
Well then, 1 ticket clothing pieces would have loads of sales. The creator would STILL make money, because the amount of sales would compensate for the low cost.
Copying is still encouraged now. Because if you have BC, and find a shirt you want, what's stopping you from just copying it for yourself to wear, instead of buying it? |

| Note that 1 tix clothes gave the creator of them literally no profits at all. The money gained after the market fee rounds down, and this causes you to get 0 tix or R$. |

| For the short period of time where I was BC and selling clothes, I was making tons off of my hoodies and stuff, but when the price floor was introduced a few weeks before my BC expired I saw no income despite much income before it, so I do agree that it has flaws |

If making money from 1 ticket sales was an issue, then nobody would have been selling 1 ticket pieces of clothing in the first place. |

ROBLOX made price-floor for a reason. They want most of the community to get BC, get BC for a month and get the shirts you want.
Will take a couple days for you to get a few shirts/pants you want, but it is worth it. |

When users could chose any price they wanted, users would use bots that would constantly make accounts and buy the person's 10 tix shirt.
It was messing up the economy pretty badly, until price floors were introduced. |

Being ex-BC, I still have the money that I saved, so buying clothes STILL isn't a problem for me. Thus rendering your stock, hypocritical "selfishness" argument null. |

@Masked
As little as a 11-ticket pricefloor could have solved that problem. 300 is extreme. |
