▬■★☆☆★■▬ Introduction ▬■★☆☆★■▬
Hello fellow citizens of the United States of America! My name is Squikers6 and I am campaigning to become your voice in the great law making house of Congress that we call the House of Representatives. Through my representation of my constituents, I promise to deliver the unique insight of what it is like to be a middle class citizen in USA. I have been on ROBLOX since 2008 and have been in USA for 6 months. During my time in USA, I have participated in a variety of areas of government. From agencies such as the DIA, SS, FBI, FIA, USMS, and OMB to departments and commissions such as the DoS and CoA, I have gained valuable experience. Now I would like to put this experience to good use as your representative in Congress.
▬■★☆☆★■▬ Positions ▬■★☆☆★■▬
As your representative, I plan on introducing a wide variety of bills that will address the following:
- Non government and government jobs - Introducing a worker's rights bill that will expand the rights of workers and hold those who abuse accountable (such as guidelines on when to use admin at tryouts, etc). - Arrest on Sight Notification Plan (guidelines on who can AoS + a list of all those who are AoS for law enforcement). - Federal court system reform - Reduction in law enforcement abuse - Maintaining active members in agencies
▬■★☆☆★■▬ Closing Statement ▬■★☆☆★■▬
Thank you for taking the time to read my speech. If elected to the House or Representatives, I shall do my best to listen to your concerns regarding USA. Feel free to PM me questions/concerns/bill ideas as I read and respond to all my PMs. Thank you for considering me to be your representative. _________________________________________________________________________________

- Non government and government jobs [ Government jobs are zeyads decision ] - Introducing a worker's rights bill that will expand the rights of workers and hold those who abuse accountable (such as guidelines on when to use admin at tryouts, etc). [ HR's are the only people who can set guidelines for their department ] - Arrest on Sight Notification Plan (guidelines on who can AoS + a list of all those who are AoS for law enforcement). [Only judges can AoS ] - Federal court system reform [ You cant reform this, the president chooses his judges ] - Reduction in law enforcement abuse [ You'll never reduce this in congress only a director can attend this ] - Maintaining active members in agencies [ Yet again, directors job ]

-Government jobs
Actually, Tallon, the Congress has the authority to created new executive departments under the necessary and proper clause of the Constitution. A real life example would be the Department of Homeland Security established by Congress as part of the Homeland Security Act.
-Workers' Rights Bill
On the contrary, directors, secretaries, private sector business owners, etc do not have unlimited authority when it comes to workers. For example, Congress passes a national minimum wage law, a law that set limits on child labor, and a law that set limits on the number of hours an individual may work until they must be compensated for the extra time spent on the job. Additionally, there are numerous agencies created by Congress that protect workers rights such as the National Labor Relations Board (established through the National Labor Relations Act). So, legally, Congress is allowed to enact laws dealing with workers' rights.
-Arrest on Sight Notification Plan
If you read my speech carefully, you would should note that I am not stating that we change who can issue an AoS. Judges are and will only be the only ones who can issue and AoS. What I am saying is that we work in partnership with the DoJ to set a clear set of guidelines regarding AoS and how and when it can be issued, so that everyone understands have the AoS system works. All to often I see agents who are not sure if an individual is AoS are not. This bill would also set a system that allows agents to check if an individual is AoS ( I know this was implemented already at DC, but exploiters were able to manipluate itI).
-Federal Court System Reform
You are definitely right, Tallon, that only the President may appoint federal judges and Supreme Court Justices. However, our justice system has not been functioning lately. We only have five justices and only one federal judge. Our Chief Justice is extremely inactive. It is high time that Congress begins the impeachment process as our Chief Justice is not carrying out his duty. Additionally, President Zeyad must fill the remaining seats in both the federal court and the Supreme Court.
-Reduction in law enforcement abuse and maintaining active members in agencies
I'll give you this one. Directors play a major role in combating law enforcement abuse. Congress, however, should be attentive of the Director's needs concering law enforcement abuse if something can be done legislatively.
-Stapling jello to a tree
I am 100% confident, even though it would prove difficult, that with a large enough stapler and staple, one could staple jello to a tree.
Good morning/ afternoon/ evening/ night to you :)

[ Yes, but the president is the one who would pick the person to run it so the "Government JOB would be zeyads choice. ]
-Workers' Rights Bill

[ This is roblox and if workers needs rights then they should join a new department because they currently have alot of the needed rights ]

[ Once someone is AoS they get a title at DC with "AoS" and this is the job of the National Security Division that work with DoJ already ]

[ The Chief Justice is here to stay and not only that, what can the Chief Justice do if there is not a full SCJ? Plus Zeyad has picked his judges but congress are taking to long to approve them, in addition there are 6 SCJ's actually. ]

@theguestpwner Here are the solutions you requested regarding what I shall do to address these issues in Congress.
-Government Jobs
First, I think citizens are struggling with the lack of organization pertaining to the system. There is an inconsistency regarding academies, tryouts, applications, etc. I support a future bill that would give these agencies and their directors room to choose what system they would like to provide for flexibility. In addition, each agency would have to create a guide regarding how to enter the agency, so that citizens would have a resource to refer instead of being left out in the dark.
-Non-government jobs
In the true spirit of a capitalist nation, I support the growth of jobs that don't just include police groups. Through my time in USA, I have seen great ideas for jobs such as Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, etc. that would establish a new, exciting experience to Night's Washington DC. This would involve more citizens who cannot find a job in a police group, or who just want options other then law enforcement. I, without reservation, support this idea completely and will work with other members of Congress to create jobs other than law enforcement though legislation that shall set guidelines for future businesses.
-Workers' Rights Bill
This is definitely a major problem. Workers are constantly losing their jobs as part of random reforms. These reforms, in their current form, do little to increase member activity within agencies. Instead, they remove hard working citizens from their rightfully earned positions. To correct this, Congress can draft legislation that would lessen the need to perform these reforms such as mandatory background checks to help stop abuse as well as a series of mandated activity checks such as weekly trainings where an individual must attend the majority, with respect to time zone differences. More ideas regarding the subject can be discussed with members of Congress.
-AoS Notification Plan
One major flaw of our AoS system is that agents do not know who is AoS. Although a system was introduced at DC to solve this problem, exploiters were able to maniplulate the system. I would introduce a bill that requires the United States Marhsal Service (they are tasked with apprhending fugitives in real life) to keep a list of all AoS individuals and publish it biweekly in a forum post to in order to keep our agents informed.
-Federal Court System Reform
Our court system has been broken for a long time. Recent improvements have helped such as the hiring of a new Attorney General, Deputy Attorney General, DA, and ADA. In order to help promote this recovery, I will support the impeachment of our Chief Justice. He is extremely inactive and does not participate in legal proceedings what so ever. It is high time a more active individual take charge and lead the Supreme Court. Additionally, I will support making the acceptance of Federal Judges and Supreme Court Justicies a priority in Congress. We need to fill the remaining seats as soon as possible to allow citizens' cases to be heard.
These problems can be fixed if more people took the initiative and worked on them :)
