I don't really work with humanoids that much.
Was just wondering if anybody had a great way to disable default jumping (just the vertical movement), so I can control that. |

SH is useless. Even the off-site website (hey I'm a community moderator there) is bad too.
Scripters points you to SH. |

Anyway you want to.
Since im new to scripting I'd experiment with:
"while true do player.Humanoid.Jump = false"
I'd work with that and obviously having "player" as a variable before the loop.
But who cares, Im new to scripting.

No, jump is editable. I've done it before. If you dont have any slopes in your game you might be able to use BodyPosition too. Haven't really used it ever though.

@Ginger
Before you fall under the presumption that loops are good, they aren't. |

Was going to do that but BodyPosition has damping, which produces harmonic motion >_>. |

I smell titanfall-esque jumping?
I'd love to see what comes out of this.
Good luck.

I've been in RbxDev since late-November.
And no that's not where you ask people lol.
Also I've seen some clans due stamina which is why I'm asking here. |

That's true. I mostly only use it for boats anyways.

"join rbxdev and ask them"
RBXDev is awful, the community is so stuck up that it isn't even funny. It is literally a bunch of half ok developers that got lucky with their places which earned them a seat in RBXDev, then they invited their even worse developer friends.
RBXDev is sad, really sad.
