//[|:Kaliber Nation
Welcome, fellow Kaliber initiate. It's evident that you have proved yourself as a helpful asset, but that is only the first step. Now, it's your responsibility to know how we operate, and the laws behind it all. These laws are a key to our success, in multiple ways, and are not to be taken lightly. Remember these, and your progress in Kaliber will be evident.
-[On-Duty and Off-Duty Guidelines]-
It is fairly obvious when you are on-duty and off-duty. These times are the differences between whether you should follow the laws or not. However, following the laws while off-duty is a good way to be adjusted to our discipline, if you have a tendency to use no grammar, faces, etc.
On-Duty is when you are:
-At an official Kaliber Nation facility -At any event -In our uniform -Overall representing Kaliber Nation -Posting on forums with KN as your primary group
Off-Duty is when you are:
-Out of uniform -At a different group event/at a game
-[Laws for all Ranks]-
-Law I-
Call your superiors ma'am or sir, depending on their gender. This shows that you have respect for those that prepare us for our daily battles.
-Law II-
Never disrespect any of your fellow members, as well as the enemy. This includes team killing, name calling, arguments, etc. We work as a team, and only a team, that does not stoop to our enemy's level of ignorance.
-=Law III=-
Use your best grammar as possible. It's good to get used to this rule, as it is essential to have in multiple groups, not just Kaliber Nation.
-=Law IV=-
Faces are not permitted to be used. A lot of people are used to using faces, but it is easily remembered if you are punished.
-=Law V=-
Always wear the uniform at any event. If you cannot afford the uniform, then you may ask your fellow members for donations. It is however, their choice to donate or not. You may still attend activities without a uniform, but wear something that resembles our uniform.
-=Law VI=-
Don't raid a group without a high rank that has actually arranged a raid. This is the same for wearing our uniform at another fort, even if you are raiding for fun or our of boredom.
-=Law VII=-
Never surrender from battle, even if most of your fellow Kaliber members have left. The only time to leave is when you are ordered to, or when all high ranks leave the server. Even if all high ranks leave, you are HIGHLY encouraged to stay and fight. This will show your individual strength, and can be very rewarding if you succeed.
-=Law VIII=-
Whenever in a raid, always team chat. This is done by putting a percent sign before a message, like this; "%% Enemies at the side gate", which will show up as; "(TEAM) Enemies at the side gate".
-=Law IX=-
Keep your activity level up. If you don't let a high rank know of a reason for any inactivity with a reason, then it will be your fault for your punishment.
-=Law X=-
ALWAYS be mature when on-duty. This rule has no exceptions, and will be highly punish-able.
-[Commandant Laws]-
-Law XI-
Always be an example to the whole group. Your decisions and way of operating affects how the rest of the group will act.
-Law XII-
NEVER admin abuse. This rule has no exceptions, and will result in immediate demotion/exile.
-Law XIII-
Always treat every rank with respect. This is especially significant to high ranks, and will be heavily punishable, depending on the severity of disrespect.
