What do you mean by "running down"?
Does it "run down" in a straight line? |

| I mean it starts at the head and travels down to the legs then it gets removed. |

We don't write scripts for you. Write one yourself and we'll fix it.

I don't want I a script. I never said I wanted a script I said I wanted to learn how. If you can read then you can help me. |

I don't understand what the heck you mean by "Lightning running down your character from head to toe". What? That doesn't even mean anything... lightning is electricity in the sky...

| Lol. Not always. It doesn't just come from the sky. |

| "Lightning" isn't an existing class so we still don't know exactly what you are asking... |

| You're missing the point. Describe what you mean by lightning running down someone, because that literally means nothing... |

| Parts that are touching to form different paths they have to touch each other. It randomizes the "Path" of one limb to the other while traveling torwards the feat. |

Ok, that's more difficult than anyone can just explain here with text.

| Can anyone explain how to make the lightning's path change randomly around the body? |

I told you, nobody can explain it with text so simply.

Use Instance.new() for the parts, randomize the CFrames, to an extent, depending on wherever the body parts are, change the color, transparency, blah blah blah, then add the parts to Debris after the amount of time you want. If you are new to scripting, I don't suggest you start here!

you would have to use math.random multiple times to choose the direction at which the lightning should go(Left,Right or down), and you would have make sure your lightning bolt doesn't go too far depending on the height. Something around that. If the lightning bolt reach the lowest point on the arms, then it should move to the legs; |

I see
could I have a function that creates a lightning bolt no meshes or anything? |

| There shouldn't be a mesh unless you were to create one. |

| He means lightning that starts from the top of the body and strikes down/courses through the body. |
