Oh, so you're starting this Fall, but you've already taken classes? That's cool. I just finishes HS as well.
So, questions:
How did you manage to take CS classes, were they provided by your school?
How do you feel about CIS? |

Origin of the word ALGORITHM: late 17th century: variant (influenced by Greek arithmos ‘number’) of Middle English algorism, via Old French from medieval Latin algorismus . The Arabic source, al-Ḵwārizmī ‘the man of Ḵwārizm’ (now Khiva), was a name given to the 9th-century mathematician Abū Ja῾far Muhammad ibn Mūsa. al-Ḵwārizmī was said to have created algebra. al·go·rithm ˈalgəˌriT͟Həm/ noun noun: algorithm; plural noun: algorithms
a process or set of rules to be followed in calculations or other problem-solving operations, especially by a computer. "a basic algorithm for division" Types of algorithms: *General combinatorial algorithms *Graph algorithms *Sequence algorithms *Abstract algebra *Computer algebra *Geometry *Number theoretic algorithms *Numerical algorithms *Linear algebra *Optimization algorithms *Geoscience *Astronomy *Bioinformatics *Linguistics *Medicine *Physics *Statistics ^all of the things above deal with algorithms. (there is a lot more I can type down but i'm not doing all that typing) *-=JHK=-* |

@JHK
I did not ask for the definition of algorithm but what algorithms you know. |

That is not a algorithm, that just a simple constant equation. |
