| i think i really hate these dudes. Rivaling Young Money and OFWGKTA for dead weight members. At least 3/4 of 'em had to be tax writes off but they aren't even mainstream as a whole. So i'm assuming they all just one big in bred family. I dont know if theres a notable Rap Crew in history that can't body these dudes. i'm emotional right. I'm gonna take a walk. |

A$AP Rocky is overrated and relies on production to come off as above and beyond. A$AP Ferg is actually really talented and my favorite of the group. A$AP Nast, No idea how he got in the group. and then there are the others that I'm still waiting on major releases from.
Compared to OFWGKTA, A$AP Mob has the potential to be more commercialized but lyrically they don't stand a chance. Young Money isn't a thing, it's carried by Wayne Drake and Nicki Minaj, Drake for one is trying to distance himself from YMCMB so it's really just 2 artist and Tyga (If he counts). |

"so it's really just 2 artist and Tyga"
tyga clique-hops so i wouldn't say he's too big of a part either.

| Young money was like a seriously failed experiment to build a new supergroup. Wu-Tang is really the only successful group with a group count that big (I also count Cappadonna) Wayne was just like "SIGN EVERYONE WE'LL LOOK BIG!!" and never used any of them. |

"and never used any of them"
they're all in songs together on the young money compilations but most of them don't even have a song of their own released.

| i've never heard Lil Chuckee, T. Streetz, Lil Twist or Mack Maine on a song so i dont know. I heard Gudda a few times (he has to be the worst) then Cory Gunz for like one track then Tyga awkwardly squeaking his way into Chris Brown songs. |

It's always the second guy in the group that's the most talented, atleast thats how it looks to me.
OFWGKTA - Tyler The Creators head, but Earl Sweatshirt can rap circles around him. A$AP Mob - Rocky's head, but Ferg raps circles around him. Young Money - Waynes head, but Drake, well Drake can't rap circles but Drakes definetly more talented. Waynes got a lot more under his belt so it isn't a fair comparison but personally I think Drakes first 3 years have made a bigger impact than Waynes. |

"i've never heard Lil Chuckee, T. Streetz, Lil Twist"
lil chuckee was on "girl i got you" in "we are young money" with lil twist. it's one of the worse songs on the album.
i've never even seen the name "t. streetz" before. it doesn't even come up when searching the members.
1/4 of young money's new album is lil twist.

its actually t-streets apparently but whatever. Kidd Kidd and Curren$y were also in for like a minute. now Kidd's making 50 cent tracks even a little more unbearable.

| They tried signing The Game too and I think they got Busta Rhymes. The problem with Young Money though it there contract deals are crazy tight, like the artist basically get no checks from the label and make all there money from portions of what they get paid from shows. I think the show portions pretty big, but still, it's basically theft. |

| they're basically just a label instead of a crew now. Imagine watching a Young money cypher start with Busta Rhymes and work its way down. i'd cry and start vomiting blood by the end. |

idk man what tyler might lack in rhyme scheme like earl, he can tell a story way better and has much more coherent content
earl kinda tripped up with doris imo i would love to see an album from him that is consistent with songs like stapleton, luper, sunday, uncle al, chum, kill, and centurion before i say he's a better overall |

and yeah production value is definitely better with wolf
it sucks that arguably the best beat on doris (molasses) is such a stupid song |

| Mac Millers verse put me to sleep on Doris and I think Doris lyrics wise was a better album. I found Uncle Al's beat to be my favorite, I wish it went on longer :( |

yesss
uncle al is my favorite on doris, i wish he extended it. that beat was perfect for earl because it was very down toned and had dynamic percussion, just like his vocals |

| But when that base kicks in, I needed to change my undies my god it was beautiful. I think if he released the mellowed out songs as an EP and worked more on songs like Centurion and Uncle Al (Extended) the album would probably have sold more. Earls the most slept on rapper I can think of, he deserves at least Schoolboy Q level fame, 62,000 records sold is an insult to that mans talent |

i think uncle al would be better without the dynamic change in beats
not completely but the hihats and snare in the breakdown section are sampled and mixed really badly
and nah probably the most slept on rapper would be deltron or pyramid vritra. bishop nehru is good too, he just isn't old enough to write anything meaningful yet |
