| which episode do I show him first? I wanted to introduce him to the series with the 10th Doctor, but the episode I wanted to show him (The Library) would confuse him WAYY too much, any other episodes I should show him? |

| Makes sense, I guess I'll have to get most of Eccleston's episodes on demand, or just go to Walmart and buy some DvD's, but that's not really my thing. |

| Blink. It's the one episode out of all that should be watched. And it stands by itself fairly well. |

You can't show him an episode unless it's the first episode (Rose), because then he would OBVIOUSLY not understand it, and you can't just start at a Tennant episode.

| "Can't just start a Tennant Episode". Guess I never truly got my family hooked on DW then. |

I think it kind of depends what you think they'll like.
If you want freaky-factor and monsters and stuff, probably Blink or something like it.
But if you want them to really get the story, start with the renewal. |

| Well the kid's 11, so I think he'd be more into the monsters.... but he doesn't know anything about anything. He once caught me watching "Victory of the Daleks" and called each and every Dalek an R2-D2 ripoff, so I turned the television off and walked away.... on second thought, I don't even think he's ready for anything Doctor Who related... |

Blink or whatever the other popular one with that girl getting possessed and trapping people in her drawings is... I'd also try one of the episodes with end of the world plots.

I'm 11 and i like complicated plots like that. Trust me, we're not dumb and actually like to make up wacky theories and post them to instagram. Or is that just me?

You can't start out with Blink
It doesn't get the basis of the show entirely and revolved around the POV of Sally Sparrow. So it would get him confused.
Plus if Rose was the first episode shown, then everything would be collected together and most of the show's basis is explained. |

The Empty Child is basic but the addition of another, far more complicated character threw me off while watching it. Personally, if you want something non-complex yet still great i would introduce him with Fear Her.

Eccleston to Tennant.
Cuz he would definitely understand that in DW, Regeneration exists.
Perfect.
Just run through every ep from Eccleston.
And move on to Tennant.
Then move on to Smith.
Then move on to Capaldi.
Wiaiiiiit
Let's wait 2 months for Capaldi.
Rose was like.
Thee best companion.
Then Donna.
Then Clara.
Martha's last.
Mikkie outdoes Martha.
Even tho they get married.
Don't care. |

| I didn't really like Clara too much, the show kind of started to revolve around her, with the whole "Impossible Girl" thing, and that kind of got me out of Doctor Who for a while. I still watched it, just not as much. |
