Yes:
"more joint trainings with diplomats" Always nice to boost relations with our allies :) "joint division events" This would be nice. If divisions worked in tandem, then their potential would skyrocket. All you have to do is get around iroc discriminating against other divisions and you can accomplish that ;) pastebin /0zgHZtdd.
Eh: "More fun events " So long as you don't do what iroc did and take everyone to the booty patrol club and ruin tons of little kids' innocence with the pron that was displayed at the place.
No: "HR and LR trust events" LRs should already trust HRS, and HRs should be able to put faith in the people they serve. If this isn't the case, you should address this issue directly instead of trying to fix it with "trust events" "Teamwork building events" Sounds good, but no one is capable of doing this successfully. As soon as people get out onto the battlefield, they forget everything about teamwork they learned in training. |

| @XxSos Bumped. | @Echo Why do you have to bring someone up in something totally different. Looking forward into the future, this isn't the past. Quit bringing it up, Echo. Definitely when you put them in a negative manner. I'm not trying to argue with you, it just bothers me how you go out being negative to some people. Who have no intention to harm you/ has nothing to do with you. I'm not kissing up to Iroc, just trying to keep things settled. |

No not mean by what you mean by Fun event's I mean by taking the group to minigames and survival games and adventure games etc.
Yea should have put it straight forward on HR and LR part of that
that will be tough one but once people do it a little more they will start to notice Thank you for the feedback |

| Not a bad idea... All of these seem like a good idea that can improve FEAR as a whole. |

"just trying to keep things settled." Let me reply with the best quote ever:
"A bad peace is even worse than a war" - Tacitus
Tacitus was a famous historian and senator from the Roman Empire. He was known for his historical works on the reign of Roman emperors. I'm fairly certain that a famous politician that studied imperial rule knows better than you. Something being "settled" when the outcome wasn't just is going to further complicate issues.
"Why do you have to bring someone up in something totally different." It's not totally different. I'm informing him of the potential complications he may run into that may cause his ideas to fail.
"it just bothers me how you go out being negative to some people."
I am not negative -- I am blunt. I tell the truth how it is, and if you don't like that, then you demonstrate that you aren't mature enough to make proper decisions. Hiding from the truth is a childish thing to do. Even if the truth hurts, it's better to be said than to be hidden. I would have KILLED to know some of the things that delayed A3's development, and I'm sure that the OP would LOVE to hear that "Hey, this might be a complication for you" so he can prepare, rather than have all of his ideas fall apart because he didn't know about the complication. |

| Understandable, but don't you care if you mentally harm others? I mean, atleast have a bit of consideration for other online users. You do share this site, ya' know. |

"but don't you care if you mentally harm others?"
No, I don't. If someone is mentally harmed from seeing a post that their General demoted a member for leaving MP with explicit permission from Sonic, but didn't notify iroc that he was leaving, then the deserve to be mentally harmed, if they could possibly get even dumber at all. |

| I don't understand why we would need more fun events, as we already have FEAR Friday. |
