Basically I'm suggesting a new type of brick that's shaped like a tube. With me so far? I know tubes are "CFramable" but imagine all the time being spent on CFraming tubes unnecessary with a few dozen commands! Not to mention the amount of space that could be saved and the efficiency that could be made up by having tube bricks (instead of having 8 or so different bricks arranged in a tubular shape, there would only be 1 big brick, saving lag) and how whatever tube brick ROBLOX makes would look way more polished than anything someone can CFrame.
Agree? |

| I think I phrased it wrong: Imagine all the time that has to be spent on CFraming tubes unnecessary by adding a few dozen scripts on ROBLOX's system. |

Poke, go try making one with C-Frame only. It's hard. |

Cylinders are poor in every way (They have sphere physics and they're useless) while this, this is great!
Cframing a tube would take forever. It'd be possible to try retexturing a cylinder into a tube, but again, cylinders need some SERIOUS work.

| @pokelunadog: Read the post, CFraming is arduous and often the end result isn't that great looking with current ROBLOX tools. |

| Uh, you can get/make extentions or just use a tube mesh. |

"tube mesh" Then you don't have tube physics, you have a normnal part.

ROBLOX is creating a way to creat custom meshes in roblox studio. |

Zeloi we're not talking about Meshes at all.
We're talking about having legitimate tube physics integrated into one individual part.

Making tube structures easier doesn't improve it in any other way.
It would be easier to build using tubes (with an arc-tube, tube width, tube thickness options). Support. |

@ColorfulBrenden
Yes you are correct, but i didn't mean meshes i meant CSG Modeling.
It will look like a mesh but have realistic physics. |

For all of those who say you should script it, it takes a longer time to do so. By simply placing the brick, that will be much faster. |

| @chinchillamaster : Any tubes people make in Roblox Studio will look ugly and not very polished because it's extremely hard to place bricks in the exact positions required for even a bit of tube in the first place. I'm thinking tubes can be their own basic objects you can insert that function like bricks but have more customizability, like hole size, pipe thickness, etc |

| It's impossible to place bricks in the EXACT positions required for a tube, and simply using one brick will help save lots of people unnecessary time building a tube that won't even look that good in the end anyways. |
