Firstly, I apologize if this was answered in the help page, but in that case I did unfortunately not see it.
When I click the play button on games it will just cycle trough the random words that shows up on loading and it will never do anything. If the loading bar menu with the ad and such shows up it goes to 100% but doesn't load the game. This happens only on my own computer and not, for example, my dad's computer which runs Roblox fine. But of course I can't go to my dad's house every time I want to play Roblox...
This also happens on Roblox Studio when I am making a fresh place, so I'll assume it doesn't have anything to do with my internet since I'm assuming my computer generates new places, although I might be mistaken in this.
I have reinstalled Roblox many times and I have even set my computer back to factory settings, but it still doesn't work. If you know how to fix this I would appreciate it if you could reply with instructions on how to fix this. |

I really can't do anything about this. I have no idea what is going on, maybe send a video or msg support.

| I had this problem. Download ccleaner and do scans. |

Its either your network or pc is full of garbage.
Reset all routers/modems and clean all "cookies".'

| Fixed it! My drivers were outdated :/ I could have sworn I checked that but I guess I didn't :P |
