In my game, I have a sunset skybox. All of the water I have in my game turned this ugly ass brown color. Please tweak the water a bit to keep a little bit of its blue tint along with reflectance.

Agreed.
Water looks messed up with skyboxes, and Reflectance Bricks look bad and glitch like crazy.
Real life water is blue even at night or when a storm comes. You're not going to have transparent water unless you are looking at the water you drink - filtered water.
They should have kept reflectance and water the way they were before, when everything looked much better.

water reflects in real life right so they are using that concept that it reflects basically all the time just use the default skybox
