Sorry guys, but I found sports useless. You exercise, you sweat, you get tired, you can get hurt. Some enjoyment, but not complete.
As for music:
You can choose what you want to listen to (Unlike sports, some parents force you to play a certain sport), it's easier to get big in the music industry, you can listen anytime, you can choose from millions of songs, you can make up your own, you can go to concerts, you can perform, you can earn awards, etc.
all with pleasure. |

Sports are used for entertainment and exercise. It keeps us healthy and fit. (For most of us that is)
There are PLENTY of families that forced their children to play an instrument when they were younger. Also we have a wide selection of sports to love.

That is actually declining nowadays, as children are starting to take on more responsibility and are seeming to grow up faster. Also, there is a wide selection of genres of music, along with sub-genres.
And I never said that music wasn't entertaining. Also, music can exercise your brain. If you try to understand the meaning of lyrics, your brain can sharpen its writing skills and you will become very witty.
Just saying. *Hair flip* |

| I actually am not fat, I'm getting unhealthily skinny. I hate to admit it, but my friends say I need to eat more. And part of me wants to know what makes you assume that I am fat. |

Exercising your brain is all nice and all. But when you are as fat as Meatloaf, lose some weight lol.
Also who said you can't have both. |

| I never said that. I just didn't imply it. Also, I'm not fat, I already said so. In fact, I would love to gain some weight. If that gives you an idea of how unhealthily skinny I am. |

Eat more protein. Do a bit less cardio. Start lifting weights.
Pretty easy. |

| I would do that, but my problem is that no matter how much I eat, I can't seem to gain much weight. Maybe if I consumed an entire buffet in half an hour I could gain 5 pounds somehow. |
