I was looking over the "WNTS" forum, and noticed the "Posted too often" section. What i'm asking is, why does nothing change? If you are really listening then why not do something about these things? Here is the list:

• More rights for NBC/fewer privileges for BC. (This includes "more/less tix or robux", "more/fewer places", etc.) • Create new kinds of BC/give everyone a free BC trial. • Pets. • Microphone/voice chat. • Bring back user meshes. • Allow online dating/ODing. • Allow swearing or other mature content. • Ban groups for religion/racial minorities/LGBT. (Roblox is a welcoming place and we allow anyone with the means to create a group about their interests, so long as that group is not spreading hate or trying to convert others.) • Allow religious talk/race talk/political talk/LGBT discussion on the forums. (While we allow groups about this, talking about it on the forums is not allowed because it often leads to flame wars.) • Stop being a kids' site/give us 13+ features. (We're aware of the interest.)
So now, I will cross off everything that should be on the "Not happening" list.
Swearing, Online Dating, FEWER BC privlages doesn't make sense, ban religious/racial groups, religious talk on forums, and stop the 13+ content are all things that shouldn't be asked at all. The 13+ content should be asked, yes, but they are aware of the problem, and they should probably stop using either bots or idiots to approve creations. I assume it's a bot because JuliusColes brought back his "Get Married in Roblox" by making it "Get /\/\@rried in Roblox" meaning you had some dumb employees or bots. I personally have experience with messaging the help staff and even they were not understanding and didn't respond like human beings ._. sorry for rambling.
Here's what makes sense and SHOULD be asked and properly considered. A few more NBC privlages, I can see that, maybe 1 or 2, maybe just 5 robux a WEEK? That is reasonable for not paying on a free game. Pets, it's a good idea to me, for those OBC showoffs with robux and real life money to literally BURN. But moving on, Microphone/voice chat, yes, if it is toggleable, I would find it good, maybe for friends on a private server, otherwise you only hear, "LAHBALAHGIMMIETIXBLALALLAHAXERSAKJKJANS" plus skype is a thing. User meshes...that just puzzles me ._. But moving on, I have some problems that are apperntly NOT asked too frequently. Deleting user messages. Tell me why am I only allowed to remove messages from roblox but not spam messages from war group leaders? And another thing. Why can I not get refunded for clothes I delete? Say I have to pay 100 tix for a shirt because of the new price floor. What if I don't like it. What if, the seller gets to keep the robux or tix, but I get at least half of what I paid back? This appears to be asked frequently to me, but not to the moderators appearently. Thankyou for listening, if you even are listening, to this point, mods. My finally issue, is with your clearly bot help team. One day, I was trying to change my verification email from when I was young to a newer one as the old one was my parents and could not be accessed. I had to message roblox using my billing email which was my fathers. I clearly addressed the problems, and what I believe were bots understood. What makes them seem botlike is they completely blew aside teh fact that I asked for the verification email to be changed to a DIFFERENT email which was my own. I am not so sure, but I am still skeptical that they are bots. I don't care how long it takes to get a response, I want an understanding and intelligent human being helping me, not a computer that can't process human understanding. More reasons I think they are bots are these, they all sign THE SAME WAY. Second, they all begin the response, guess what, IN THE SAME WAY. Third, I am not given contact info to reach the supposed specific employee, if they even exist. Fourth and finally, they could not process my request. Bot or human, they knew I wanted an email change and they did that, but bot or human, they did not get the ful request. Thankyou for listening to all of this, and I hope something happens to fix some of the issues and maybe some things are added that would be nice :) |

ROBLOX puts items under "requested too much" as they don't wish to do them as the ideas do not slot in with the vision that the creators have for ROBLOX, aswell as there being practical issues with it.
1) Pets do not have a place in ROBLOX. If you want that, go find a pet simulator game such a Nintendo Dogs. If you also wish to have them, script them in your own place. 2) Microphone chat cannot be moderated, and ROBLOX would likely lose their TRUSTe certification due to this. As you said yourself, "Skype's a thing" - so use it. Stop badgering ROBLOX for something which can't be moderated and already exists.
--- 1) Deleting user messages has a moderation problem attached. If you allowed users to delete messages, they would be able to hide messages from parents (if they parents take an active role with their child). It would also allow for people, who gain access to other accounts, to delete any messages which point out actions which have occurred (such as trades).
2) And where do you want the money, for that, to come from? In some cases users spend every last Tix/Robux that they manage to get. So, if the time comes to ask for a refund, where does the money come from? It doesn't come from thin air. Allowing refunds would also allow for people to buy a really expensive shirt, for example, and then when they've finished being "flash" they could get a refund. Even if they only got half back, where do you expect the money to come from? You'd practically be robbing a clothing creator of their money. ---
The customer services team is comprised of real people. However, their first reply is usually created from a template. They also will not help you change your registered email, unless they can prove (without a doubt) that the account belongs to you. You need to understand that ROBLOX gets hundreds of emails a day, or even more. There isn't enough time for a human being to sit there and tailor a response to you, without holding everyone else up. |

Pets and voice chat were VERY common back then. |

Loose profit. Right. Because 1 robux a week will TOTALLY make everyone stop buying BC and all that, because there TOTALLY aren't more BC advantages than the RObux :P People will still buy robux as 1 a week isn't too much, and people will still buy BC for the more groups, more places, exsclusive items, exsculsive places, to make items, and the daily robux. |

I can see what you're going with at deleting messages. But you do know sometimes people can flame someone or spam a user with messages. On my old account i was tried of seeing the same messages that my friends left me a year ago. And the last part, that's your fault if you give someone your account information. ROBLOX specifically told us to keep our account secure. |

| Yeah, the mod system seems like they barely pay attention to reports or even use common sense. I have plenty of hate-mail ruining my inbox, can we AT LEAST get a spam folder(Not a bad idea actually)? Some way to get refunds without causing inflation would be REALLY good(For roblox made items at least?). The employees are clearly bots, once, a guy stole a bunch of groups from my friends, kicked everyone, turned the ranks into insults, and locked the group then left. One of my friends who spent thousands of robux on these groups had many messages to mods, but they pretty much said "We can't help you. We don't care," for everything. In fact, around that time, I tried to buy BC. They billed us twice and gave me no BC. After my dad sent multiple messages, the whole problem made no progress. This was during LAST WINTER that I tried to buy. Only a few months ago did I get BC. Proof of total support incompetence. |

| DataStore, first, I was not trying to talk very positively about Voice Chatr, but I brought it up anyway. I mentioned a few negative points of it because I do not find it a good addition. Also, thankyou for responding to me on that why they don't do these things that are so asked for, as you said because it's not in their "vision" of ROBLOX. Still I would like to point out I tried not to positively defend things like Voice Chat and Pets, they were just apperntly frequently asked and I didn't understand why ROBLOX didn't try them. But they're basically almost doing it. Icy Artic Fowl, Phoenix, freaking TOOTHLESS, so many things that count as "pets" in a way such as following the player and defending them. Finally, okay thankyou for clearing up that a template is used for responses, they seemed really computerish. But I don't know why they cannot verify that I own the account. I sent an email from the billing email as asked, the emailw as my father's, and I wanted the verification to be on MY own email, which I specifically asked it be changed to and I gave the email specifically. They don't need to tailor a response for me, but at least just change the email to the one I asked it be changed to ._. because how would I have the account verified now, and how would I have sent that email, and how would I have bought BC with that email if the account or the email wasn't owned or used by me? |

There are a variety of reasons why an idea may be in that section, including that idea being on the drawing board for future implementation, or that we may consider it at another time in the future. (as opposed to not going to happen, meaning we will never ever consider it ever for anybody).
Let's dig into your post. We're always increasing what is available for NBC accounts. For example, we just recently allowed game passes to be created by NBC users. However, I don't think ROBUX will be happening. Anything is possible, but I doubt it. If we gave NBC accounts 5 robux daily, that does slightly reduce the value of BC, and that isn't fair to people who have paid for that. Not to mention, 5 robux = around 80 tickets, so we'd be increasing NBC daily income 8X, which seems excessive.
Pets is something we've already experimented with, and may see again. (Think back to companions in the Halloween game.) However I have no clue what that has to do with OBC users being showoffs. That's not fair at all.
Mic voice chat probably won't be happening, unless we can create moderation tools to handle that. For now, it just probably won't be happening, however that isn't saying it won't ever happen.
Deleting messages is another moderation issue. If somebody is being inappropriate on messages, we want to be able to track that. For the moment, that means we need to keep messages around, in one form or another. Archiving is the solution for now.
Refunding for items has been suggested for quite a while, and maybe it will happen one day. What may be more useful is a "try before you buy" feature. This feature is tough because it requires ROBLOX to spawn money, and we don't like to introduce money into the economy like that, and this would introduce robux/tickets into the economy in large quantities.
The help team definitely isn't bots. I've talked to them, and can confirm they are human. Without the exact details of your case, it is hard to comment, however we are very cautious when it comes to these kinds of issues. We always need to verify ownership of accounts and emails, to ensure we aren't handing over accounts to people other than the accounts real owner.

| Thanks for all that info. I really was going into that ignorant whether I wanted to or not x3 Anyway, now that I have those things cleared up I won't be ignorant. Btw, I believe I said 1 robux a week, or something along those lines. 5 daily would most likely decrease the value of BC I believe. But I don't feel like digging through my post to confirm how much I said, but my idea of it now and I feel when I wrote that would be 1 per week. |

| Kay den. I was actually just going over things and seeing why they were WNTS. I was trying at least to not suggest them. Also I don't think the WNTS list is the list of forbidden roblox topics or anything, so I don't know why it being about WNTS would make you automatically not want to read it. |

All WNTs are ideas suggested by people who don't think about the consequences/impracticality/impossibility of their suggestions. They're there for a reason. |
