This sounds like an issue with your web browser. What is your operating system, and internet browser of choice?
First thoughts without knowing any of this, perhaps a cookie or your cache is giving you trouble.
I'd suggest clearing cookies, clearing your cache, and seeing if the problem corrects itself.
Note* Clearing cookies will automatically log you out of any open sessions, and you will have to log in again. If you are like me, that may be slightly problematic, but if you log in and out frequently, shouldn't be an issue. |

| Clean out your web browser and check for any viruses that are affecting your computer. |

I'm not familiar with CCleaner, or, even the browser that you're using.
In Firefox, the process would be Options > Privacy > Clear recent history, then click Details, ensure Cookies and Cache are checked, and clear, basically forever, or to the beginning of time, might be one of the options.
If the interface is the same as Chrome, Settings > Advanced, clear browsing data, and see the same as above, cookies, cache, clear all that exists, to the beginning of time. |
