| Let me start out by explaining what a thick dream is. A thick dream is a type of dream usually associated with lucid dreaming. In this state of dreaming you remember almost all of the events that happened, these dreams usually contain tons of symbolism. I know what my dreams mean like some recent one I have had where trapped, death, robbed, and more. All of them had a few things in common. I could remember it all, woke up, and could no do anything but sit there and watch as these things happened. I am currently exhausted and hyped up on caffeine as I have been getting little to no sleep. I am currently afraid to sleep fearing what my dreams may withhold. I am stressed about this and need some help. Does anyone have any advice? |

Once I dreamed of being trapped in a car while it was rolling down a hill. But that was YEARS ago. I'm not afraid of those types of things anymore, unless it's really happening.

@Graphic i don't understand why scary dreams would "tare" you apart if they're just dreams but whatever
anyway try to learn to lucid dream- unless you are lucid when those things are happening, which means you are in a lucid nightmare. So.. you should probably work on controlling your dreams a bit more..
