Hopefully this can be my future build. I'm new at this stuff so of you have any recommendations let me know. I'm trying to keep it under 1,000$. In my other thread the build had AMD CPU and motherboard after doing some research I got the intel core I-3 3225 I believe it is. It comes with an integrated graphics card, Intel had graphics 4000. I also changed my motherboard to the ASRock Z77 Extreme3. The case I changed because it had a 500watt psu already in it and I did some research and it's better to buy one separate, I also have two GTX 660 2gb video cards if you think I should remove one just let me know, I put a 1tb toshiba SSD also if I remember right, I'll also be using 4 GB of ram. Thanks for the critism in advance. |

Updated http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ws8Rzy
I was able to keep the two graphics card and get the i5 -3470. I removed the headphones since I have some and I got rid of the sound card considering the mother board comes with one correct? I'm now at 990$. Might go over 1000$ due to taxes. |

you'll be better off with i3 4330 and a H87/B85/H97 motherboard
get 8gb instead of 4gb of RAM
one R9 280X is faster and cheaper than the 660 SLI setup
that PSU is a fire waiting to happen, with my suggestions, I would get something from the Corsair CX or CSM solution, preferably the latter
get a 1080p (1920x1080) monitor

No and no. A reference cooler 760 is bad. A 1600x900 monitor is bad. |

Monitor is sub-1080p The GTX 760 is a reference cooler design, so poor cooling |
