Because Roblox is an American company they should be safe from the antispam legislation in Canada.
But will my ads in Roblox or messages sent in Roblox be considered spam? As a Canadian I am concerned.
1million fine to individuals and 10mil to companies that break the new law. Date is July 1st for the legislation.
Does ROBLOX have consent forms for us to send to other players? Does Roblox know about this new law? And are you taking steps to protect your Northern neighbors? |

Can you tell me the exact name of the law/PM me some details about it? Its the first Ive heard of it.
Also, could you please email info@roblox.com and ask them? I am no lawyer so I can't really comment on the legality of this and what not, but the people in CS will know more (or know people who know more) than I do.
Thanks! |
