| Hello, I posted a bug on the support site, with my email and I never got an email saying"It will take 72 hours" or something. How can I verify to see if it went through ? :/ |

It has not been 72 hours, but normally when I email them, I get an email back saying "We have received your request", this time, I used the en.help.roblox.com and I have not got any email saying "We have received your request"
Sorry for not explaining that good. |
