| I thought it would make the part spin, but when I stepped on a block with X set to 30 I bounced a few times and moved on a conveyor like it was normal velocity. |

| It's velocity, but with rotation instead. |

Actually it doesn't have to be unanchored.

| And it could be joined, I mean ROTVelocity should work exactly like velocity when it is anchored (as in, instead of moving the player forward, it should move them circular or whatever you set it to) |
