particles (frames) look like they are being sucked/pulled towards the mouse. Would I use tweening?

Yeah, you could use tweening if you wanted. You would just have to make sure the override parameter was set to true for them and that you'd make a new tween every frame with a time relative to the distance. There are better ways, though.
I could probably come up with something. How would you want them to look, exactly? |

I've given up on this. I'm just creating a simple gravity simulator using particles
